Chapter 38

    "I guess the adventure is finally over huh" (y/n) answers looking over the beauty of New Ninjago City from the roof tops. The sight, the sound it was back and everything was back to normal. Looking over to her brother who was smiling back at her, Rin couldn't help but smile at her too.

    (I bet you all though it was Lloyd, jokes on you peps) The two siblings were coming to visit their precious sister who was getting her life back together. They knew their father would try and come back to get revenge but with the trio back together, they know they can defeat him again. As the two rebellious siblings were making their way back to the bounty, Yukio was trying his hardest to not get angry at his siblings. Making their way back the two did a race of who would get there first by using their demonic powers, but of course (y/n) always wins.

   "Ha I win, face it Rinrin! I'm the best at racing and I will never let down the red haired shark" (y/n) said referring to a certain swim captain as he only wants to be the best. Rin couldn't help but feel embarrassed because of the stupid childish name and quite happy to see his sister so happy too. They finally make it to the bounty in a nick of time as Yukio comes through the door with a glare. "O-Oh hi Yuki, how's my other big bro doing."

   With that the two completely start running away from the second oldest who was chasing them around. As Yukio reach out to (y/n) she does a back flip and in the ends bump into someone else's and not just anybody.

    "Hey you should be more careful I don't any you to go falling for someone else now can I" the familiar voice said holding the shadow ninja in his tight grip. She couldn't help but laugh doing the same, feeling the warmth that he shares. "Now why are you running around?"

    "Yuki is pissed at Rinrin and I because we went out sightseeing without him. So now he's coming after us and I'm going to hide using you as a human shield" (y/n) replies becoming a koala wrapping her arms and legs to Lloyd's body. Looking down at the girl he couldn't help but smile and hold her tight as he brings her to the loving room to cuddle. "Wow you just brought me here to cuddle, I feel so used. Now that's pure cruelty..."

~LLOYD POV~

    (y/n) was pouting making herself so cute and I had to hold in a blush that I only wanted to keep as a secret from her. Snuggling into her neck I felt more relaxed, as if everything that happen to us never happened all. Like the break up, the big fight and the fact (y/n)'s dad is Satan/Overlord in the end, all of that was just a dream. After we return home we did everything to help fix the city and everything was almost back to normal.

   When the whole gang was back together again I got a huge beat down from Jay and Kai after everything. I earn a place in the corner by uncle with a cap saying 'bad nephew' which I deserve after that. However things did work out in the end but I still question it so much and it's mainly one thing. How did (y/n) forgive me?

"um...(n/n)..."

"Yeah Lloyd?"

    "How could you easily forgive me?" I ask looking down slighting at (y/n) as she flinches for a second. Moving around she turns to me sitting on my lap looking straight at me, looks like I got her full attention. "I only brought so much pain and even hurt you so much to the point...you almost became suicidal. Why would you stay with me after all of that...?"

    Then tension between us was really bad, not even the the Red Tessaiga could cut through it. (Y/n) didn't say anything but stare right at me, does she even blink? It was as if she was looking for something inside of me or just to my soul. Blinking away she looks to the side, lost in space in her mind. Her expression seems to be lost and confused, did she really not think this through. Suddenly a hand was against my cheek making me look at (Y/n) who had a warm smile on her face.
