Marriage Contract

Chapter 3~

How dare he fucking kiss me. He's such a jerk and I knew it all along. I definitely need to rant to Adam right now. (T~T)

Mr. Park: "You aren't leaving yet. We need to discuss something more important."

Haneul: "Why should I discuss something with a devil ? I'm not that evil."

Mr. Park: "Honey, now tell me why you would call me a 'devil' ?"

Haneul: "You just are. Wanting things and getting them your way. I will have you know that I won't fall for your dirty tricks just like all those other women."

Mr. Park: "What tricks ? I am just doing what my instincts are merely telling." ;)

Haneul: "I will only go with you under three rules."

Mr. Park: "Okay, go ahead."

Haneul: "Firstly, you must not lay a finger on me. Secondly, you cannot claim me as your 'date'. And lastly, you are no longer allowed to kiss me or touch me in any sexual way."

Mr. Park: "Sorry, but I can't cooperate with those rules. I'm afraid I'll have to dismiss them."

Haneul: "Then I choose not to go. There are plenty other women you can take."

Mr. Park: "You must not understand."

Haneul: "What do I not understand ? Do you care to explain ?"

He slides a contract across the desk.

Haneul: "A MARRIAGE CONTRACT ?! ARE YOU A PSYCHOPATH ?! I AM NOT SIGNING THIS !"

Mr. Park: "Don't worry honey... I'll give you two days."

Haneul: "Why are you doing these things to me ? Why couldn't it be someone else ?"

Mr. Park: "I love you. I've always admired you, from the moment you entered the college. We were college friends... until I had to take over the company- being the oldest heir of my family - and my family said I couldn't go back and do what I wanted. So now I do get what I want."

Haneul: "Well I'm sorry Jimin. But we are no longer 'friends' anymore. We are strangers in this world now."

Mr. Park: "But why ? Can't we go back to how we were ?"

Haneul: "You've already changed. You were so respectful and kind... now I don't even know who you are anymore. I don't care or have empathy you. And I'm sorry, but I've dearly lost all respect for you."

Jimin's face is in shock as I leave his office. I walk towards the elevator and I see someone familiar.
