Chapter 2

Harry's POV:

Back in the Burrow, Mr. Weasley was talking with Bill, who was visiting for Ron and Hermione's upcoming wedding, about muggle artifacts that Bill had found on the beach he lived on with Fleur.

We should wait til after the wedding to announce it, Harry." Said Ginny, coming up next to him.

"I agree." He said. "I'll talk to you soon!" He leaned over to give Ginny a quick kiss before going to help Ron with last minute wedding details.

"Bloody Hell!" He heard Ron curse from outside his room. He hesitated, considering knocking before deciding against it and entering. Ron stood in front of a mirror, his hair messy and his tux torn on the left sleeve.

"What happened here?" He asked.

"It's to small!" Ron complained. "But never mind that. How'd it go with Ginny?" He asked.

"You knew?"

"Reparo!" Ron said, pointing his wand at the torn sleeve. "Of course. Dad told me. Also said he gave you his blessing for the function of muggle computers. Thanks for introducing him to Google by the way." He threw Harry an agitated look. "He's been on it for days."

"Sorry about that. How's Hermione?" Asked Harry.

"She's great! You better treat my sister well, Harry. Or I'll come after you. Engorgio!" Ron said, and his suit grew ever so slightly, making it a perfect fit.

"You know Ginny means the world to me. I love her more than anything. You can trust me, Ron. I promise."

"I know. I just wished you came to me first for a blessing before asking my sister in marriage!" Ron laughed.

"Thanks, Ron! I promise ill treat her with the respect she deserves. Just don't say anything yet! Tomorrow is your day and today is just as much your day as well with all the preparations. I don't want to take that away from you!"

"Thanks, Harry!" Harry returned a smile before stepping out of the room. Across the hall was Hermione in another room talking with Ginny. Not wanting to disturb them, he turned on the spot, apparating to the ministry of magic for work where he would start his first day as an auror, and there was still a lot to fix after Voldemort's reign of terror.
