In the garage

"Now I would like one of you to open up the evidence locker" said one of the guys "Why?" said Nick "Because you have my friends stuff in there and I would like it back" "Your friend is Duane Hunt?" said Nick "Yeah and who are you?" Nick quickly had to think of the fake name that he had from before. "John I'm John Greene" "John Greene oh yeah I remember you, you came to the party the other night you were with that gorgeous girl" "No that must have been my twin brother Nick" "No I also remember you because you went to the bar while I was trying to hit on your girlfriend" one of the guys went up to Nick's face and looked him in the eye. "What's your real name boy" "I told you it's John Greene" "Sure it is dude"

Over by Athena and Bishop

"What do we do?" said Athena "We wait until Gibbs calls or something" "Well here is something what I want you to do is go back upstairs and get more info from Gibbs and see what's going on" Athena started to take off her heels and started to stumble acting like she was drunk. "Hey I know you, your Tom cruise right hahaha" Athena said while she ran into a guy but what the guy didn't know was that she took a knife he had in his back pocket. "What the hell?" he then pushed the girl some "Who are you?" said another guy with a gun "Uh who are you?" "I'm Rick and you are?" "I'm Kim" "Kim? Oh, right I also remember you, you were also at that party a few days ago with this guy John" "Yeah that's right" one of the guys came up to her real close it's like she can feel his breath on her but she played it off.

"Back-off will ya and please do me a favor and get a mint" "You should talk you smell like you had way too much to drink" Athena went up to Rick "Maybe I am maybe I'm a day drinker ever thought of that Rick" Rick just smiled at her "I like you" "Thank you, Rick but I'm afraid I'm in love with someone else" "Oh yeah like who?" "I'm sorry but I didn't get your name?" "I'm Chris" "Well Chris my guy is right here" Athena walked right up to Nick and grabbed his chin but first she winked at him as in telling him to play along anyway she grabbed his chin and kissed him. Few seconds past and Athena let go of Nick's chin and walked back to the group of guys "See now you believe me" "No" Chris walked over to her and roughly grabbed Athena and kissed her hard. Athena pushed him off of her then she slapped him hard on the left cheek the other guys just laughed at what just happened.

Upstairs with the rest of the team

"Gibbs, we need your help now" "where is Athena?" "distracting" "is she pretending that she is drunk?" "has she played this card before?" "once McGee pull up the camera that is in the garage" McGee started to type away on his computer once the picture was up what they saw was three guys with guns and then you have the guys in the evidence room and you also have Nick and Athena but everyone besides Athena was on the ground with their hands behind there head. "what do we do boss?" said Tim "did Athena have a plan?" Gibbs asked Bishop "no she just said to come back up here and get more info out of you" Gibbs was quite for a few seconds "is something, wrong boss?" "Athena has got a plan" "how do know?" "because she said to go get more info from me and she only says the word info when she has a plan" "so what do we do then?" "let's see how this goes"

In the garage

"well is someone going to open the evidence locker or not?" Rick said "sure follow me" said Nick once they left Athena just walked around while she was walking she noticed the camera that was on she knew that Gibbs was watching so Athena did the only thing she could think of and that would be sign language basically she is saying to Gibbs that she has a plan it may not be a good one but it's something. "hey there sweetheart what are you doing over here?" said Chris "oh just looking for the right moment" "moment for what?" "for this" Athena through the knife that she had in her bra she through it right into his left shoulder once it hit him she ran up to him and snapped his neck. Before he hit the ground she caught him real quick and laid him down nice and quite so no one would here him fall when he was on the ground she took out his pistol checked how much ammo and it was a full clip.

"Hey Chris where the hell are you?" said the third guy Athena walked out from where she was at "what where you doing?" "I was just taking a look around am I not allowed to do that?" "go sit down now"

Athena went to go sit down next to one of the other hostages.
