emmas POV

"officer swan my office now please!" sheiriff graham demanded through the radio "god what does he want now" i got up and went to his office as requested "come in." he called 

"Hello, so what do you want me for another case?"

"Take a seat we need to talk about you working here." Suddenly i was confused is he gonna fire me. Oh god hes gonna fire me. 

"And we think you need a promotion."

"Oh my god really thank you!"

"But..." 

"But what!?"

"You may have to move."

"What where to." 

"A town called storybrooke they could use someone like you its quite small but it gets a high rate of crimes."

"uh huh Okay i'd take it but you say something about high crime rates i don't want anything happening to my son." 

"yes we have thought bout that and maybe you could give his father custody so he can stay here"

"NO WAY IS THAT HAPPENING, i will go but just becuse me and henry need to get away from here."

"umm okay. i will text you the directions. pack up as you will be leaving tommorow." 

"seriously tommorow."

"welll i mean youve got nothing to life for here."

"You ... ." i  swore

"Oy! don't call me that as im the one providing a roof over your head when you get there."

i sighed and rolled my eyes then walked off tomorow of course i got nobody in this life i care about exept henry but grahams like one of my closest friends and hes sending me off to a highly crime rated town i suppose i could make the town safe again with my officer skills i wondered

---- a couple of hours later 

"Hey kid im home." i called to henry i looked at the fridge of course he's gone to bailey's God this is gonna kill him he doesnt even get a chance to say goodbye to his mates. I pulled out my phone from my leather jacket pocket then texted him

E: hey kid you need to get home now

about 2 minuets later there was a reply well that was good

H: ugh why???

E: Because i need to talk to you about something 

H: Now is it really that important can i come in about half an hour we just started this game

E: No you need to come home now please 

H: Ugh fine i'll be back soon

i got out a glass of wine and waited for henry.  about half an hour later i heard the door go 

"Hey" i said cheerily 

"Hey" he grumbled "So what's so important you needed me to come home so early." he asked sarcastically

"We are moving."

"What?"

"we are moving."

"when, where to?"

"tomorrow"

"Bu.." i cut him off

"we are moving to a town called storybrooke." 

"i can't tell my friends bye though" he looked sad 

"i know baby but i get a promotion and its probably for the best"

"i guess your right."

---The next day

"kid you ready to go?" 

"I'm on my way!"

"okay i'll be putting the bags in the car." 

a couple of hours later after a few wrong turns we finally found a sign "welcome to storybrooke."
