Falling in Love with a Crow? (Qrow x Reader)

Chapter 17

"I don't understand, you can't cancel my mission oz! You said I could do this, you said i just had to work harder and i am." you were astonished, ozpin had just canceled the mission that he had put you on. He new how much this mission had meant to you but what changed his mind.

 "Y/n you're covered in bruises from ironwood and his training, people can tell somethings going on with you. one day you're perfectly fine and the next you're black and blue and limping. Yesterday he busted your lip and it's noticeable... maybe you're not ready for this yet."

"So what? I've gotten a few bruises. That's going to happen, he's not going to take it easy on me you know? You asked him to train me and that is exactly what he's doing." 

"Do not argue with me y/n, my decision is final and you must realize that i'm doing this not only for your safety,  but also the safety of the others who come to this school."

"If this school is meant to be safe, then you must know about the so called students that are associated with the white fang? Right, this school is focused on the 'safety of students and staff' but you deliberately let them run around the school?" You let out a scoff as you continue to state your opinion to him. "You can't be serious, did Qrow talk to you or something? Or did Ironwood tell you I wasn't ready? Or are you just scared to loose me? I'm not a little girl anymore Ozpin, I need to do this, not for me but for my family! I need to find the asshole who killed them, and I'm more than ready too."

Ozpin was about to continue speaking with you when the elevator opened to reveal Winter and Ironwood.

"Ozpin, we need to speak, it could possibly be urgent." Ironwoods voice was low and serious. This sort of thing happened a lot around here, but never once had it actually been serious.

"You might have to leave the room for this sweetie, it might be the best option for you at the moment." Winter spoke softly to you, she knew the predicament you were currently, she knew that you wanted to avenged your mother and father. 

"Of course..." your eyes found the ground quickly. this was the point in time where somebody would walk you to class to help keep you safe, but you had told everyone that you where just going to stay in the office all day. meaning Qrow wasn't anywhere near you, nor was Yang or Ruby. 

"Go to class, I'll come and get you after this meeting, and we'll continue to talk then." Ozpin spoke as the doors closed, locking you in the tiny space.

'Why can't he understand? I need to do this. I need to find this 'Roman' I need to know why.'

So I know it's a bit shorter than normal and I kind of left you all on a cliff hanger, but im not sorry. I have something big planned as of right now and this is kinda just a filler for right now. You can guess whats gonna happen to y/n in the comments if you like! But i'm not giving any spoilers! ;)
