Author's Note: Hi! PrettyUnusual here! You might have already came across this fanfic...before... and for those of you that have...great! This is a re-upload...
Since I realized that it would be close to impossible to find this story on someone's own so...I made a few adjustments and drew a new cover.... for all you new readers... Hi! Some of you may know me as the author of the fanfiction, The Forgotten Gem, the one about a gem named Coral. I wrote this other fanfic because I was bored and well, I really liked this AU and it's not like everyday you see a Steven Universe AU where the gems are mythical creatures and not well...gems! On yeah, I give full credit to Rebecca Sugar for the Song (you'll read over it later!), Comet. I didn't write this song...it is the sole property of Rebecca Sugar creator of Steven Universe. Anyways....hope you all enjoy!

(Greg's POV)
I was honestly nervous. I didn't know how this show would turn out. My manager, Marty was counting on me to, as he like to call it, "Wow the Audience" and "Make Us Millionaires." I sighed and took a deep breath. I stepped onto the stage. The audience was empty, there was nobody there. Oh Boy....I sighed again.
"You got this! You're Mr. Universe! The audience will come if they hear the music." I reassured myself. If every pork chop were perfect we wouldn't have hotdogs. Ah...thinking of this phrase always brought a smile to my face. This was my show and I was going to preform. My hand clutched onto my electric guitar, preparing to play. The lights flashed on, and I began...Some say I have no direction...
That I'm a lightspeed distraction
But that's a kneejerk reaction
Still this is the final frontier
Everything is so clear
To my destiny I steer
This life in the stars is all I've ever known
Stars and stardust and infinite space is my only homeI stopped strumming the strings, and grabbed the microphone to sing the next part.
But the moment that I hit the stage
Thousands of voices are calling my name...
And I know in my heart
It's been worth it all of the whileAnd as my albums fly off of the shelves
Handing out autographed pics of myself
This life I've chose isn't easy
It sure is one heck of a rideAt the moment that I hit the stage
I hear the universe calling my name
And I know deep down in my heart
I have nothing to fear
And as the solar wind blows through my hair
Knowing I have so much more left to share
A wandering spirit who's tearing it's way
Through the cold atmosphereI fly like a comet....
Soar like a comet....
Crash like a comet....
....
I'm just a comet...Clap, clap, Clap, I looked up to see a beautiful giant women. She was standing in the back, but I could clearly see her. Her massive pink hair draped over her shoulders like a swath of roses, and to match her hair, she wore the most beautiful white dress that seemed to represent rose petals overlapping to form layers. Everything about her was just gorgeous. She was the only one in the audience. The rest of the chairs were completely empty,no one else had came to the show...This was not good...Marty had told me to attract a ton of people, but once again...nobody had showed up.. Only the women....
I tried to not to show my nervousness and made my announcement, as if a ton of people had come to see the show. "Thanks for coming everybody. I'm Mr. Universe. If you like what you just heard go check out our merch-table, my manager Marty can hook you up with CDs and T-shirts..... Oh wait, he's not there...I guess I'm going over there now..." Darn it... Marty was never here to help me out with setting up the show. I wondered where he wandered off to this time... I didn't mind too much though... this things were quite minor, and a man like me, could manage these these things solo. I jumped off the stage and walked to the table full of merchandise and sat, waiting for anyone to come. The pink haired lady walked up to the table she picked up one of the copies of my album. I looked up at her. She looked more like some sort of goddess than human, her beauty simply blew me away. I couldn't stop staring at her. My eyes just stared in awe.
"Space Train to the Cosmos.." She read, her dark black eyes looked at me. I snapped back to reality and tried to play it cool.
"Yeah! One way ticket and am ready to ri-i-i-ide!" I sang. She gave a small laugh. I felt a little silly for singing out randomly like that, but I tried not to let it bug me too much. "How will you get back?" she asked. This confused me. "Back?" I asked, this sure was one strange lady...
"Back to Earth...?" She replied, matter of factly. I leaned back against the foldable chair and smiled. "I'm never coming back." I said coolly. "Agh! That's awful! This is your home..." she looked at the album again and smiled. Yep...she was definitely the strange-type... I quickly changed the subject, as an awkward silence started to creep in. "Umm...You want that? You can have it! Oh and it come with a free T-shirt!" I answered, holding up one to show her. The shirt was obviously too small for her to fit. Man..she really was huge... "But you'll probably need a bigger one...I've got an extra-extra large in my van!" I said quickly. I got out the chair and began to walk slowly to my van. Thump. Thump. thump. I turned my head quickly to the sounds of the disappearing footsteps. She was leaving already?! I turned around to chase after her. "Wait, hold up! You forgot your T-shirt!" I grabbed a random shirt size from the desk and just ran. But she was faster... she ran down the boardwalk and behind the large cliff. I lost sight of her. I panted trying to catch my breath. "Huff, huff...How did she run off so fast?!"I muttered to myself. I was close by the beach. I looked over to the ocean... No joke, this town really did live up to its name.... Beach City...I continued it to run, my feet hitting the sand, with gusts of dust trailing behind me. My head looked down at the ground. I hoped I could find her...as my head was face downward, I noticed something...something very peculiar. I stopped running. I bent down into the sand... hoof-prints? That was strange... I don't know that this beach had horses. Where would they have kept them?... I shook my head. Come on Mr. Universe! You can ride horses later! For now, you have to find the mysterious women! It wasn't long before I came across a huge fence. There was two signs were placed against it. The first one read "keep off the beach"in bold red letters. And an extra sign was placed underneath it, which read, "please" in nice curly lettering. I gripped onto the fence, T-shirt in my hands. I tried to see if I could see anyone on the other side.
"Rose! Where have you been! Someone could have seen you!" I heard a sharp voice call out. It was faint but, it could still be heard by anyone who wasn't deaf, or close to deaf.
"I couldn't help myself! Humans are just so fascinating and adorable too!" I knew this voice! It was the lady. I climbed up and over the fence. Oof! Owww.....that was painful. I rubbed my sore Arm and quick got up. I ran over to give the lady, whom I believed whose name was Rose, the T-shirt. "Hey you forgot your T-shir-" my jaw dropped to the floor. Standing before me was a large white horse-like creature. It had soft white and pinkish wings that looked like Rose petals overlapping, to form layers. It's hair and tail was pink and look like a swath of roses. It turned its head to review a single long sharp horn. It's eyes were wide shock and slight fear. I pinched myself, to check if I was still dreaming. I yelped in pain and glanced swiftly at the now reddened area of skin. I dropped the T-shirt onto the sandy beach. My eyes darted back to the mystical being. Standing before me, was an alicorn...
