Stuck in Naruto

Introduction

Rozu Luna is a 14 year old girl with long white hair that goes a little past her mid back. Her eyes are hazel but sometimes when she is afraid or angry, her eyes will turn green and her pupils will look like those of a cats. She tends to dress in dark depressing colors mainly because black is her favorite color. Her favorite activity is reading and watching anime. Her favorite anime being Naruto, she watches this on her handy down iPhone that has a severely broken screen. It was the best gift she had ever gotten from her adoptive parents, and one of the only ones. You see, everyone in her town thought she was a freak of nature. She was overly smart and her eyes and hair color didn't help her. She also decided that her case was already bad enough and became a Wiccan, some wiccans practiced witchcraft and she did. Because of this and the other reasons, her parents abused her every day, the people saw the marks but they did nothing since they did the same to her. She was quite a scrawny girl, this was because she hardly got anything to eat, she was given just enough to survive. Her lips were always chapped because she was given one water bottle to last a week. Sometimes her parents forgot to give her a new one so she would go even longer without water. She had very few possessions one of them being the iPhone, then a black choker that had a crescent moon with a circle around it, her manga collection, and a dark silver book bag that would never open but it had the same crescent moon as the choker. The bag and the choker were left with her from her real parents, her only wish in life was to one day find her real parents and get some answers to why she was put up for adoption.

One day, Rozu was coming home from school when she saw that there was a new Naruto manga at the store. The shop keeper was one of the very few people who was nice to her so he let her take it for free since she doesn't have any money. On her way back home, she began reading it until a group of kids from her school saw her and they approached her.
" Hey cat freak, you still reading those stupid comics?!" Said a kid
Rozu did not reply instead she just kept walking. That was a mistake, apparently that only angered the kids. They started to beat her up and called her names like 'Freak' 'Catgirl' 'Demon' 'Fatty' 'Hooker' and a bunch of other words that I will never say or type. Well, anyway, they beat her up to a pulp, blood was everywhere and she was dying. She faded out of life and saw pitch black until... A giant black cat with 13 tails appeared.
"Hello my sweet little kit. I am Catra the 13 tailed cat. Your mother sealed me in you to watch over you and give you guidance. She sent you into that world so you would be safe from the extermination of your clan. You final were able to come back to your birth dimension though. But I must warn you, time here is a bit different and you have gone back to your 11 year old body. Anyway I will have to go soon, but your possessions were transported here as well, you still have access to your anime and manga as well as your iPhone, some earbuds came with you too, also your bag that your mom left you, you will be able to open it now. There will be a letter to the Hokage in there so whenever you are found by some leaf ninja, you will request to see the Hokage and give him that letter. It is from you Mom to him and proof to him that you are apart of your clan so you can have access to your compound to live there. Your Wiccan abilities have traveled with you, they might be easier to use now too. One last thing, it is a good thing that you memorized a bunch of jutsu because you can now access you chakra with little to no effort or training. I will guide you and talk to you when you need me. But I must go, see you latter my littler kitten."
With that, the 13 tails was gone not even letting Rozu to get a word in edgewise. But soon the darkness started to go away and she was waking up, only to be found being carried by a certain silver haired, one eyed ninja.
