A Tale of Two Brothers

   A/n this is something I came up with during church one Sunday and have just started adding ideas to it, this is my first story. I read all the comments. Constructive criticism is recommended, don't say anything negative, I don't need people telling me my writing sucks, I already know that. I do own the plot, but I do not own Percy Jackson, Heroes of Olympus, or Harry Potter, they belong to their writers Rick Riordan J.K Rowling. If I did own them I would screw them up and the fandom would have killed me by now. Enjoy! 

Poseidon's POV

November 18th, 1992
17 years 8 months 2 weeks prior to the giant war (PGW)

Hello mortals, my name is Poseidon. Yes, the god of the sea, horses, earthquakes, etc, etc. Right now I'm with the woman I love more than the entire world its self, Sally Jackson. We had been trying for a child for a while now, we had already had names picked out Perseus νερό (water) Jackson or Estelle (insert another name) Jackson. Sally was starting to get depressed, just so you know sally radiates joy and happiness she doesn't get upset easily. So I couldn't have her being depressed so I did the only thing I could think of, I prayed to Chaos and the other Primordials,  Seconds later I was blinded by a flash of light and felt the presence of two major powerful presences, 1 mortal, 2 demigods? Before I could investigate I blacked out.

Sally's POV

November 18th, 1992
17 years 8 months 2 weeks PGW

Hi, my name is Sally Jackson, I'm a clear-sighted mortal. I guess you could say I'm one of a kind, a clear-sighted mortal and the lover of one of the big 3. Poseidon and I have been trying for a child for a while and I'm losing hope, I want a baby of my own. When Poseidon takes me out I see other women with babies and it crushes me. I was sitting with Poseidon at the table in the dining room, and suddenly I turned and started crying into his shoulder, he started mumbling something under his breath in greek, I cant understand it by I've heard him speak it plenty.  When he was finished I was blinded by a flash of light and felt a presence of power, aaaaaaannnnnd blacked out.

 James POV

November 18th, 1992

17 years 8 months 2 weeks PGW

Hey, I'm James Potter, chaser, head boy, one of the four Marauders, pureblood, and proud Gryffindor. (a/n this is before Lily is pregnant with Harry, so they aren't in hiding) I was sitting in the living room with my amaZHANG wife Lily(a/n I had the chance and I had to take it.), we were discussing the war with the death eaters. she suddenly changes the subject to babies. 

"James, I want a baby but I'm scared," Lily told me. 

"why are you scared?" I asked her worriedly.

"James a war is no place to raise a baby, what if something happened to it what would we do?"

I ran my hand through my jet black hair, looked into her emerald green eyes and said "Lily my love, I would protect you and our child with everything I have until I breathe my last breath and leave this world.

she sighed and said, "I know James I know"

we just sat there in silence thinking our own thoughts, until she fell asleep. suddenly there was a flash of light and a presence of power, I did the heroic thing of passing out.

lily pov

November 18th, 1992

hi, my name is Lily Evans Potter, head girl, muggle-born, and a proud Gryffindor. I was sitting with my husband James Potter ( a/n at this moment I took a month and a half break due to writer's block and life, I'm super disappointed with myself) in our living room talking war. its a really depressing subject, so I tried to think of something happy. I thought of a baby, which I have wanted for a while.

"James, I want a baby but I'm scared," I said changing the subject of the war.

"why are you scared?" he asked me with worry clear in his voice.

"James a war is no place to raise a baby, what if something happened to it what would we do?"

he ran his hand through his jet black hair, look up into my eyes with his hazel eyes and said "Lily my love, I would protect you and our child with everything I have until I breathe my last breath and leave this world.

I sighed and said, "I know James I know"

we just sat there in silence thinking our own thoughts, until I fell asleep on his shoulder. suddenly there was a flash of light and a presence of power, I woke up just to pass out again.

so, I think this is a good start to my story. 674 words, not including the author's notes. I am very proud of myself. comment, share, do whatever.
