A happy ending .

Chapter 7 - The dark

Jen then said never mind , why did she change her mind I thought ? I thought it was important . It must have been since it was about Luke . Its been 4 months since that incident , spring time has arrived , it being the beginning of September . It's been rather peaceful around her and i cant stop thinking about how I was hurt . 

"Hey Jen , I need to ask a favor ." Running to her with my books in my hand , heading to our last class of the day . "Do you mind staying with your girlfriend for a week ?" 

"I don't mind , why though ?" phew , that was out of the way . 

"My sister is coming to visit and she has to stay in my room ." honestly I didn't want Lilly and Jen to spend too much time together . I couldn't tell either of them that though . "It's also her birthday soon , that's why she's even allowed here ."

"We must all go shopping ." Jen then shrieked and came to realization . "But isn't your birthday also soon ?" 

"Yes . We were born on the same day , she's 3 years older than me though ." the bell rang , so we both ran to class , hoping we wouldn't get detention for being late or running in the halls . 

I starred out the window , feeling exhausted , the rain came down hard and I just wished it could be me standing there . Another bell had gone off and it was the end of the day , my sister should be here soon I thought . Walking out my classroom , I dropped my books from being attacked by Lilly . She hugged me so tight . 

"Cat , I've missed you so much . " 

"Everyone's looking , calm down ." I whispered , beginning to feel slightly embarrassed , my face turned bright red .  I pushed Lilly off me gently and smiled , so truly .

"You must be Lilly , I'm Jen ." Jen introduced herself and held her hand out for a welcoming handshake but instead my perky sister wouldn't accept such a simple gesture .

"OMG ! Cat has told me so much about you , I'm so glad I'm finally meeting you ." She hugged Jen so tight i could feel it from just watching , they both had big boobs so when they hugged it must have felt squashed . 

"See you later !" I shouted to Jen pulling my sister away from the rest of the school . "Lets get you settled in Sis ." 

"I'm so happy to see you , I've missed you so much . Are you having a 16th party ?" Lilly seemed too excited , I missed her too of course . She was my only family left . "You must have lots of questions right ?" I began to think again , I actually did have so many things I still needed to know , about her , about me and about this power . 

"Yeah I have lots of questions and I'm not having a party ." I said , walking her to my room dorm .

"This place hasn't changed much since I was last here ." Lilly said with an awfully calm voice , like she was glad to be back here . how can someone miss school that much ? It's shit , I just want to be my own person . 

"You will be sleeping there , in Jens bed ." Lilly placed her luggage next to the bed and sat on the bed , her boobs bounced , they were so huge it was hard not to notice . 

"Take a seat ." She said tapping the bed . Now it was time to get answers . 

"I got told I'm the last White winged angel , why aren't you one ?" I asked hoping to know more about the sister I looked up to so much . I loved how cheerful she always is , how strong and composed she seemed to be . 

"It's a tragic story . You sure you want to hear it ?" The fun , eccentric voice of hers became more serious , I nodded and grabbed her hand in support of the tale . "About Two years ago when I still came to this school , I was injured badly . Our worst enemies are the fallen angels also known as the dark winged angels ." Like Luke ? Maybe that's why he attacked me . "Well my wings got damaged , they began turning black . It was too late for me , my wings turned black and fell to ashes ." 

"But don't you still have the white wing blood ?" Also cant they grow back or something ?

"NO , unfortunately once the wings turn to ashes it's all over , I was on the edge of dying . I laid in the hospital bed , hopeless . But I was saved , a vampire came to me , he gave me some blood , When I awoke I was thirsty , hungry , more than i should have been . My vampire urges came to life and so did my worst fear . I ended up killing my boyfriend . He loved me , but he was human and I was starving . I drank him dry . He was dead and by the time I realized what I had done , it was too late . My blood is no longer of angel quality , it's of vampire blood ." I listened and all I could think was how I had it so easy compared to her . 

We ate dinner downstairs , we had a bath together then went to sleep . I still needed to know more , but I will let her calm down from the story she told me . It was scary , now knowing Lilly is a vampire . "Sis , can I sleep next to you tonight ?" I asked in the darkness .

"Yes ." Lilly moved to the corner to let me get in next to her . We slept side by side just like what we did when we were little kids . I felt safe again , and warm . 

The door swung open , I shot up starring at Jen as she stood panting . "Cat ............ It's Luke ." 

"Shhhh keep it down , I don't want to wake her ." I said stepping outside with Jen . 

Jen looked into my eyes and i could tell she was terrified to say the next words , knowing how i would feel "Lukes been reported missing ."
