Chapter Nine

As Will pulled up to Breeze's place, Casey opened the garage door, so that Will could park the dominator inside to keep them hidden for a while.

Lyric sneezed and coughed as her teeth chattered," Will I don't feel good", she muttered slumping back against the seat.

"Lyric", Will said as he went to her side feeling her skin, kind of ice cold.

He carried her out of the dominator and next to a warmer of Breezes.
"Is she okay", Casey asked kneeling next to him in front of the warmer.

"Yeah, I hope so, her body is ice cold. I just need to warm her up and fast", he says as he took her jacket off and rubbed her body down. Taking off his own,he removed his jacket and under sweatshirt leaving him in a regular sweater," hopefully this will help", he softly says

"How long before it passes?" Casey asked Will as she see him place Lyrics body against his An rocking them back an forth, creating warmth between them.

"I mean, it's moving really quick. I think the eye of the storms gonna be over us real soon", Will said caressing Lyrics face as she gave a small smile

"Babe?" He softly lifts her closer to his chest

"I'm okay Will.... I'm sorry", she whispered as a lone tear fell from her eye

"No, no you don't have to be sorry", he said placing his cheek on her forehead squeezing her slightly

" this storm can be the most beautiful place. Twenty to 40 miles wide. It can be like a warm summers day", Lyric softly spoke," the eye wall is a different story. That's the real killer", she said Will continued on," it's the layer around the ring. Now that's fueled by thunderstorms on an atomic bomb level. I mean, you get trapped in that, sure enough it's death", Will finished explain

Casey sighed," great". She ran towards the refrigerator. Will helped lyric stand," ain't nothing in their but poison. I got jus what you both need", he said jogging to the dominator and pulling out some sandwiches.

"If what you want is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches", he said handing one to Casey then pulling Lyric into him next to the dominator, giving her one.

"I freaking love Monday, you weirdos", Casey laughed sitting on a broken motorcycle," is this jif?" She asked

"No, we're a skippy couple, so skippy", Lyric replied chewing on hers with delight.

Casey laughed," its smuckers strawberry though", she states

Will pointed to her," correctamundo",

Casey looked to them," they're gonna use the eye to escape, aren't they?" She asked

"It's what we'd do. Roll out in the middle, let it dissipate, which it's gonna do when it gets inland", Will said chewing on his sandwich as Lyric finished hers," that was delicioso", she sighed satisfied that her stomach felt better. Will kissed her temple.

"We should take the fight to them", Casey suddenly suggested
"How do you mean?" Will asked

"Car bomb", she clicked her tongue," We detonate it at a safe distance but.... car bomb. We just need ammonia, fertilizer, diesel, things we can get at a garden supply store", she told them

Lyric raised an eyebrow," now how the hell do you know that?"

Casey chuckled," when your a fed, they teach you this shit. Timothy McVeigh took out the federal building with that. We just load up a car, plant it at the gate, when they convoy out, blow it", Casey exclaimed

Will stood up nodding his head as ideas started coming up
"Okay, So we're gonna need a car, one that's not on its roof", Will said

Casey nodded," it would need to be water type", she says

Lyric nodded with Will beside her
"Have a decent electrical system", she said enthusiastically

Will agreed," yeah, well, where we gonna find a car like that?" He asked. Casey gave him a devious look to the dominator behind him

Lyric laughed along with Will," the dominator. No", he exclaimed,"are you kidding this is a federal vehicle".

Casey stood up," federal property. So is the $600 million dollars. They would get you guys a fleet of these things for that".

Will laughed," No", Lyric looked at Casey who had that determined look," I need your guys help", she pleaded to them.

Will grunted shaking his head," Come on babe. Let's do it", Lyric looked at him,"we're gonna help her the way she helped us get Breeze back", she says placing her hands on his chest. He looked down at her with a soft look," Okay, let's do it", he said as they put their jackets back on, getting ready to be dangerous!
