After Maggie found the baseball in her house, she called Aaron, her boyfriend, for him to comfort her. Maggie called Aaron and said she was bored and wanted to talk. Once she hung up the phone, she knew she needed to take precautions. She ran over and grabbed the fire poker before sitting down on the couch. Every sound, every creak, every brush against the house made her jump slightly. She couldn't tell if the killer was in the house or if she was going crazy. BANG BANG. Someone had pounded against the door. Maggie got up and tiptoed to the door. As she looked through the peephole, she saw Aaron standing there with flowers. After opening the door, she gave Aaron a huge hug. In the middle of the hug, she looked over his shoulder and spotted a figure leaning against the lamppost. As she stared at it, it stood up straight. The figure started walking towards Maggie and Aaron before transforming into a full sprint towards the two. Maggie screamed and pulled Aaron into the house. They fell to the ground. Maggie lifted her foot and smacked the door to close it. It slammed and she scrambled to grab the fire poker. "Maggie! Maggie! What the hell are you doing?" Aaron shouted. "Aaron, look through that peephole and tell me you don't see anything," Maggie said in a raspy tone. Aaron got up and looked through the hole. "Maggie, there's nothing. How about you and I just take a seat on the couch and watch some movies. I got the special edition of Stab and Rosemary's Baby in my pocket." Aaron said softly as he started walking towards the couch. "Yeah...I guess I was just being crazy." Maggie said in an uncertain tone. Maggie and Aaron sat down and cuddled on the couch. Maggie laid her head on Aaron's shoulder. Little did they know that the threat had yet to reveal itself.
