According to the net, an image filter is a software routine that changes the appearance of an image or part of an image by altering the shades and colors of the pixels in some manner. Filters are used to increase brightness and contrast as well as to add a wide variety of textures, tones and special effects to a picture.
Not a single picture goes out on the internet unfiltered nowadays. So if you run out of filters or feel bored of the same old filter (same old love :P), here is a fine trick!
You'll need- ⚫A photo of your choice(Duh) ⚫PicsArt

Step 1: Open the image you want to edit/filter. Step 2: Select Draw from Draw option. Step 3: Open Layers option(three things stacked icon on lower right).

Step 4: Select the Fill option. Choose a light or a pastel color and click the tick. Step 5: Click the upside down triangle and choose Overlay. Step 6: Click on the Plus sign near the trashcan symbol, and then select empty layer.

Step 7: Select the Fill option again. Choose a dark color and click the tick. Step 8: Click the upside down triangle againand choose Lighten. Exit by clicking the tick. Optional: Go to Effects that is thefx symbol. Choose Cinerama filter and fade it to 75. You're done!!
