Why It's A Gem: The writing in Paper Hearts is beautiful and eloquent. Even when my emotions were bouncing from wall to wall, I always appreciated ketterdams' remarkable storytelling. Paper Hearts really threw me for a loop. I will not spoil anything for anyone, so I will just say this: after reading this story, you'll close whatever device you're reading, take a deep breath, take a moment or two, and nod your head in understanding. Why? You'll just have to read and find out.
