Steve landed the plane just above the base on the mountain so they could try to start their attack with a surprise.
They got out of the plane.
"Okay Diana, the base is directly beneath us. There are already soldiers there fighting the hybrids. They've been fighting them for a while now. I'll just jump in with them and try my best to help. You take out Cheetah." Steve ordered.
"Okay. When I take out Cheetah, all of the spirits will be released from the hybrids. They will all return to normal. Even the dead ones." Diana explained.
"Good. That evens the odds considerably, actually." Steve replied.
"Indeed, it does." Diana responded.
"Okay, I will parachute down and land with our military. Remember, you're going after Cheetah. You ready?" Steve asked.
"Always." Diana said.
Steve began to run towards the edge of the mountain to parachute down.
"Steve, wait!" Diana yelled.
Steve stopped running. "What?"
"I- I- I love you." Diana said.
"I love you too." Steve said as he leaned in and kissed Diana.
Diana kissed him back.
Steve let go and began running towards the edge with his parachute.
"I can save the day, you can save the world!" Steve yelled as he jumped off the cliff.
Diana watched as her lover jumped off into the war.
Diana then began running towards Cheetah.
She knew exactly where Cheetah was, but getting to her was the hard part.
She began running into the mass of hybrids fighting the military.
She lassoed a few hybrids, pulled them towards her, and shoved her sword straight through them.
She continued to slice and dice through hybrids. She eventually came up on Steve.
"Steve!" Diana yelled.
"Diana!" Steve yelled as he ran over to her.
"How is it going?" Diana asked.
"Good! I think we're making some headway!" Steve yelled back.
Up at Cheetah's base, she sensed Diana.
"Diana..." Cheetah said.
"Did you hear that?" Diana asked Steve.
"Hear what?" Steve asked.
"That voice." Diana said. "It must be Cheetah."
"Come. To me. Fight me, Diana." Cheetah said in Diana's head.
"I'm going to fight Cheetah." Diana said to Steve.
"That's the plan, yes!" Steve yelled back.
Diana then started flying in the air and flew right into Cheetah's throne room.
"Diana, Princess of Themyscira." Cheetah said. "You've come to face me. At last."
"There is only one way this ends, Cheetah." Diana said to Cheetah.
"Oh, I know. My claws slitting your throat." Cheetah said.
"No. What are you trying to accomplish here, Cheetah?" Diana asked.
"Domination. Just like any hunter. Wanting domination over my prey." Cheetah said as she smiled.
"I understand. But couldn't you have just hunted like a normal person?" Diana asked.
"I could have." Cheetah started as her claws extended from her fingers. "But this is so much fun!" She said as she smiled.
"This ends here. Now." Diana said as she prepared her shield and sword.
"You fool. It will feel great to take the very life from your body." Cheetah said.
"It would, but unfortunately for you, there is no version of this where you win." Diana said.
"I win in every version!" Cheetah yelled.
"I am Diana Prince. Princess of Themyscira. Known to man as... Wonder Woman."
