"Diana. Diana. Diana!" Steve said loudly to wake up Diana.
"What is it, Steve? I'm resting." She responded.
"We're here. We gotta go now." Steve ordered.
"Wait, why?" Diana asked.
"We're in the States. We need to move." Steve said.
"Okay let's go then." Diana agreed.
The two of them stood up and got out of the boat, and grabbed all of their supplies.
They landed on one of the beaches in Florida.
Everyone who was having fun at the beach just stood and watched as a man in a army jacket and woman in weird, colorful, foreign armor walked out of their boat.
No one really knew what to think.
"We need to get a plane and travel to Colorado." Steve said urgently.
"Get a what and go where?" Diana asked back, confused.
"Ugh, okay... It's a big thing that flies really high and goes really fast. We use that and go to a state called Colorado. That's where Cheetah is." Steve explained.
"How do you know all of this?" Diana asked.
"All of what? A two-year old child knows what an airplane is." Steve said as he laughed slightly.
"No I- I meant about Cheetah." Diana said.
"Oh, we've been trying to combat her for days." Steve started. "She's incredibly powerful."
"Indeed. Come on. Let's go find a Colorado and head to Plane." Diana ordered.
"No, Diana it's- nevermind." Steve said.
Steve and Diana traveled to a nearby airport and found a flight to Denver. But the plane wasn't coming in until the next day.
"What do we do now?" Diana asked as they stood outside the airport.
"We should go find a hotel. Stay there for the night. Get some rest." Steve said.
"A hotel?" Diana asked.
"Just- let's go." Steve said as he chuckled.
They got a taxi and traveled to a nearby hotel.
"302, 303, and 304. Here it is. Room 304." Steve said as he and Diana arrived at their room.
"Perfect. Let's get inside." Diana said.
They opened the door and the room was great.

But there was only one bed.
"Um, didn't we order a room with two beds?" Diana said.
"Yeah, that's what I thought!" Steve said as he smiled slightly.
"Oh, well. Better make the best out of what we have." Diana said optimistically.
"Yeah." Steve responded as they unpacked their things. Diana changed out of her armor and Steve put on some casual clothes.
It was about 7 o'clock, so Steve decided to take Diana out to dinner.
They arrived at their destination: Applebee's.
"What is this place?" Diana asked.
"I figured since we're kinda going to war tomorrow, I'd take you out for a nice meal." Steve said as he smiled.
"Aw, Steve. You're so sweet." Diana said as they walked in.
They both walked in and were seated.
"So, what would you like to drink tonight?" The waiter asked Steve and Diana.
"We'll both have water." Steve replied.
"Alright, I'll be back in a minute to get your food orders." The waiter said as he smiled and walked away.
"So, what's good here?" Diana asked Steve.
"I always get the chicken strips." Steve responded.
"Alright that's what I'll have too, then." Diana said as she smiled to Steve and he smiled back.
The waiter came back and took their orders and eventually came back with their chicken.
"Oh, my gosh." Diana said as she looked down at the big platter of chick strips and french fries.
She tried one of the chicken strips.
"Oh, my. This is fantastic!" Diana yelled. "So good!"
Everyone turned and looked at Diana.
"Diana, Diana, ssh." Steve said to Diana. "I know it's good but you can't tell in here."
They both laughed and smiled and eventually finished their food. They went up, payed and went back to the hotel.
"Oh, my I'm full." Diana said as she plopped down on the bed.
"Me too." Steve said. "It was so good."
"Yes it was. Thank you, Steve." Diana thanked him.
"Anytime." Steve said. "Holy crap, it's already almost ten."
"Is that late?" Diana asked. "Kinda. We should probably get to bed."
"Okay sounds good." Diana said as she put on some pajamas Steve had gotten her, and they both layed down together.
They were laying and Steve put his arm around her.
