Chapter 5 Nightmares

AN/Hey everyone It's Crimson Reaper here. I've been having some trouble with writing. I'm so sorry if this is short but it's been hard for me trying to think up a good story so yeah.

I been thinking about what if Clara had died in a mission and how would it affected the young justice team and the Bat Clan what do you think of that for the next chapter, please do tell me if I should do that for the next chapter okay and please do leave a comments and suggestions or ideas.

Also I don't own anything in this Fanfiction everything belongs to the DC, except for Clara, Topaz and Clara's family too and also a new oc who is named Newton Kyle that was inspired by an old friend of mine, who wanted to have their oc in my story, but I'm not sure if they still have an wattpad account anymore so I've decided to make an oc that will take their oc place instead of them and change them up to. OKAY ON-WARDS WITH THE STORY.

Clara's P.O.V

Lately I've been having The Nightmares again, I've been struggling with them because they are about my parents death and the family that I've got now.

I looked over at my bedside table and saw my alarm clock that read 12.00Am on a Friday morning. I can't go back to sleep because those nightmares have been haunting me. I'm just laying in bed just stared up at the ceiling of my room.

Then I finally fall to asleep.

I had found myself walking down a street that felt very familiar to me and then I saw a 2 storey house going up in flames, also I heard a loud gunshot and scream then I realized where I was it was that night when my parents had died. I just started to ran to the house to try and find out who had killed my parents, but as I got there the whole house caved in and I couldn't get in there to save my parents. I felt like a failure to my parents. I started to crying.

"NOOOOOOO MUMMY AND DADDY NOOOOOO" I screamed as I looked at the house that slowly being eaten by hungry flames.

I started to crying and screaming because I'm such a failure to my parents and to my friends. I can't even do anything right.

Dick's P.O.V

I woke up to someone crying and screaming, but I knew that cry and scream anywhere it's Clara's. I jumped out of my bed and rushed out of my room to Clara's room. When I got there, I saw Bruce, Alfred, Newton and Topaz were coming out of their rooms to see what was happening.

"Is everything okay?" Topaz said as she looked at me

"I don't know Taz" I said to her and she looked very worried about this.

"That sounded like Clara, don't you think Dick" Newt said to me as he looked worried about this.

"Same I think it might be Clara" I said to him as they looked a bit worried.

"Master Bruce I think if it wasn't the Master Dick or Master Newton or Miss Topaz then it could only be Miss Clara" Alfred tells Bruce who look straight at me and knew that it's The Nightmares again.

We all go over to Clara's room and open it up. As we opened the door we saw Clara's back facing the door and her face facing the windowsill crying.

We rushed over to her. I was sitting on her right side of her, Bruce was sitting on her left side of her, Alfred was standing right behind Bruce, Topaz was sitting right in front of her and Newt was standing next to me.

"Shh everything is okay Clara we are all here" Bruce says soothing as he pulled Clara into a hug as she just crying into Bruce chested.

I just watched Clara crying in Bruce's arms, lately it's been a very hard for her to get any proper sleep because of these Nightmares.
