Chapter Seven : Adventure Gone Wrong Katherine Carter ____•____
"Peter..." I said and stopped walking. "Yes?" He says and stands in front of me.
"We walked 7 miles AWAY from home!" I yelled and crossed my arms over my chest.
"I am done walking." I say and sit down on a nearby rock.
"No! Okay it isn't my fault." He buffs and I stare at him in disbelief.
"What are you talking about?! You were the one who suggested this adventure." I said and he chuckled.
I sighed and met his eyes, "I'm tired." I pout and his face lights up.
"You are you adorable!" He fake squeals and I roll my eyes.
"Come here." He says and gives me his hand.
I sigh and grab his hand, "hold on." He mumbles and pulls me into his chest.
"Wait wait what do you-" I ignored the butterflies in my stomach and screamed when Peter lifted us off the ground.
"Don't scream you're making me feel bad." He grunts a little and shot another web onto another tree.
"Sorry it's just, I don't normally use my wings I use Petunia." I say and hold onto him tighter as we get closer to the city.
The rest of the ride was silent and he landed on top the my apartment building.
I frowned at the lost of contact with him once his arms pulled away from my waist and put on a fake smile.
"I had fun on this adventure." I said and he smiled.
He smirked, "Obviously Im Spider-Man."
"Okay see this is where you go. Bye. You're canceled." I said and started walking away.
"Wait-" He says and webs my waist then pulls me back into his chest.
Our faces were only inches away and I could feel my heart practically coming out of my body.
My hands started sweating and I felt the butterflies erupting in my stomach.
