6. Scars

Jungkook's POV
I woke up and I saw a man unconscious and I suddenly remembered what happened a few hours back. I tried to get up the pain was unbearable but I wanted to see my sister.I don't care how much it hurts but I took the keys of my car out of my pocket dragged myself towards the front door , I heard him groan, I was shocked for a moment but I was relieved to see him still lying on the floor since I had no energy to fight him. I went to my car started the engine and started driving towards my apartment.

*A few hours back*

Y/N's POV
I was tired and college was finally over for the day. Normally I would walk back with Mia but Jimin apparently took her with him. I walked my way towards the building when I saw someone waiting at the lift. Meji? She turned back and ran to me hugged me and sobbed in my arms. Wae (Why) Meji? Why are you crying. I looked up and I saw a women she was in her mid 30's not too old. I saw her staring at Meji. "Are you her aunt?" I asked and she nodded in reply ,I smiled at her looking back at Meji crying in my arms. I was shocked looking at the scars on her faced and the dried of blood , she even winced in pain.Meji let's go to home ok then we will talk. She didn't leave my side until we reached the apartment. I welcomed both of them into my apartment , they sat down on the couch and Meji crawled over to me hugging me tight. I was honestly worried about her, then I remembered the call Jungkook received a few hours ago how his eyes expressed the worry as we could hear the screaming noises through his phone and how he rushed out of the school, I think maybe it was something important. Meji's body shivered under my embrace I don't know what was she so scared of, and even though I don't know her well she trusted me and I won't let that trust break. I pulled out of the embrace and asked Meji to calm down handing her a glass of water. "Meji ahh calm down okay? And tell me what happened, I am here for you." I gave her a reassuring smile. "O-oppa is w-with our d-dad, h-he will kill o-oppa 😭, he is the worst, I -I am scared Unnie" she said as tears wear streaming down her swollen read eyes. " Jungkook oppa is strong okay don't worry about him he will do anything for his princess, and you have to stay strong for oppa okay or else he will be sad" I said looking in her eyes searching for some hope that she would calm down.

She wiped her tears of her face and gave me s big smile. "Unnie I am strong" she said smiling widely as I returned it back. "Unnie it hurts" she said while I was examining her scars I cleaned off her dried of blood from her mouth and applied some ointment on her wounds. I don't know what really happened to her but I will ask Jungkook about it when the time is right. I got up packing my first aid kit, looking at Meji who was now pointing at her belly while she pouted making me laugh at her cuteness and I nodded giving her a signal that I understood she was hungry. I went to the kitchen looking at Meji's aunt standing there drinking water. Uhh..Hello ma'am I am Song Y/N nice to meet you. "Nice to meet you too" she replied. " I am Kim Eunha" she said smiling. "So are you Jungkook's girlfriend?" She asked. "No I am his friend and his neighbor that's all" I replied shyly. "Oh ok sweetie, well thank you for taking care of Meji it seems like she likes you a lot." "Yes I Love Unnie" Meji replied out of nowhere. I looked at her smiling "I love you too Meji."

I cooked something for all of us to eat, we had food and I went to wash the dishes but Mrs Kim interrupted and asked me to rest while she would do the dishes I refused but she insisted so I let her be. Meji was really sleepy so I asked Mrs Kim to lend me the keys to Jungkook's apartment. I went to his apartment dragging this sleepy head with me. When I opened the door I smiled at the sight of me his apartment was so beautiful and cozy. I felt my feet lead me to his room , lying Meji down on the bed my eyes explored his room it was really pleasant honestly. His room was all arranged and I saw a picture of him and Meji on his night stand beside his bed. Meji looked at me smiling. "Meji do you have any clothes over here to change into?" I asked and she nodded pointing towards a door I assume was Jungkook's wardrobe. I went inside a sweet aroma of vanilla and cinnamon filled my body I saw how he kept his clothes all arranged and other things as well I was honestly shocked since his personality his so different. I honestly think I should stop judging people simply I took her clothes and asked her to change. I tucked her into bed and I saw Mrs Kim smiling at me. "Thank you so much darling you don't know how much I appreciate this" she said. "Don't worry Mrs Kim what are friends for.." "Y/N you're too kind and also just call me unnie as well no need for the formalities"she smiled. " O-ohk well unnie do you want anything, maybe some clothes to change in?" I asked and she replied with a nod. I smiled at her closing the bedroom door. As soon as I closed the apartment door I was shocked to see someone standing infront of me...
