it was now 1 pm, 12 hours after that scene that happened with yeon and hui barging in. the other nine of them were throwing a party for what seemed the hundredth time this week, and yeon attended it. no weed would go to waste when she was around. also, hyojong and somin were questioning why they were throwing a party in the afternoon. they were the only ones who stayed back.

"seriously, i don't get how they throw a party at 1 pm! they could've waited until later, then i would understand why my best friend left me to go get high. she has certain times for that." somin ranted, while eating out of the tub of ice cream they bought. cookies and cream, cause why not?

hyojong was eating out of the same tub of ice cream, because it looked romantic. they were eating in the backyard, surrounded by succulents and flowers, which somin loved about the backyard. "yeon has specific times to get high?"

"yeah. 1 am, 9 pm, and 11 am. don't be weirded out, she just likes to get high. plus it suits her, she was always a stoner." she said casually, looking at the beautiful scenery around her.

"now i see why you two are friends. stoners and ice royalties go well together. perfect mix." he joked, earning some ice cream to the face. "hey!"

"hey hey, you you, i know that you like me!" she had to throw that in. throwback songs for the win.

"no way, no way, you know it's not a secret!" he finished, the two laughing, falling backwards onto the grass.

"emo king and queen." somin giggled, plucking at the grass and making noises with it.

hyojong sat up, hearing the weird noises coming from the grass, and noticed she was the one making those noises. "how do you do that?"

"i don't know." she shrugged, totally answering his question. "i used to see my cousins do it, so i copied them then it got me to this."

the noises continued, and it was ear piercing. "okay, okay, you can stop now." hyojong held his right ear, scrunching his face at the horrid noises.

"sorry. jesus." she threw the grass behind her, and continued eating ice cream like the grass music session didn't even happen.

it was now 10 pm, and the party was somehow still going. oh, somin couldn't wait to see her friend stoned. it was always entertaining to see that, because she always said the weirdest things when she was high.

right now, somin was in the main room watching a kdrama, cause she needed to catch up on those. she missed a lot when she ran off with hyojong. she put on her black cardigan, because wearing a black halter top did not warm her up enough. but at least her legs were warm with those white sweatpants. casual is key when you watch dramas.

hyojong saw her resting there, and admired her from afar. even though they were dating, he still liked to watch her from afar. he decided to walk over her, and distract her from the drama. "baby~" he cooed, walking over to the couch she was sitting on.

"hm?" she looked around, and saw her boyfriend in front of her. "you need something?"

"you." was all he said, before he switched places with her, and placed her on his lap. [oooohoohoo]

before she said anything else, he pulled her into a passionate kiss, halting her from saying anything. it got pretty heated, before she pulled away, taking a small breath. "hyojong!"

"what?"

"you could've asked, man. consent comes first."

"sorry, got caught up in the moment for a second."

"it's fine."

"do you want this, though?"

"huh?"

"do you want to do this?"

"do you want me to do this?"

"it's up to you, somin. i'm not making a decision for you."

"wah, so understanding."

"like you said, consent comes first."

"well, i think i do want this."

"are you sure?"

"mhm."

"okay. tell me if you want me to stop though."

hyojong pulled her back into a kiss, then went down to her jaw and neck, leaving a barely noticeable hickey behind her ear. that's when things got steamy, and... interesting.

[hello there guys, long time no authors note. but anyways, hope ya enjoyed that nice steamy scene scene cause i don't write smut. also, i'm just here so inform that starting saturday, this book will be put on hold because i'm going to the philippines to visit my great grandmother who's getting towards that age sadly, and we won't have wifi at the place i'm staying. this book will be on hold for two weeks, so for these few days i will try my best to update as much as i can before i leave! as soon as i get back, i'll publish the chapters i've written in my days there!
