I hopped out of the car in front of a certain bakery. I yawned and walked to the door. I opened it and don't see Sabine and Tom. Instead I see Emma's cake half decorated. Confused I walk out back.

"Tom? Sabine? Where are you guys?" I asked. I hear harsh whispers coming from upstairs. "Hello?" I walked up the stairs. I get to the door and as I'm about to knock, I hear a voice I hadn't heard in 11 years.

"Mom, dad please I just need a place to stay for 2 days." She spoke.

"Mari, not until you see your child." Sabine spoke. I lowered my hand.

"I can't." Mari spoke.

"Enough of that!" Tom yelled. "You've had 11 years to grow up. Now take responsibility. What's the difference between Emma and Destiny?"

"Destiny is 4 and she's 8." Mari said.

"11." Sabine spoke.

"Whatever. I gave her up and I could care less." Mari spoke her voice breaking.

"Sweetie, I know you want to know her." Sabine spoke. I hear sobs.

"I do. But will he let me? Will he forgive me?" Mari sobbed. I wiped my eyes when I felt tears falling down them. I took a deep breath and continued listening. "I knew I made the mistake the day I left." I hear her sniffle. "I want to see her and him. I want to see them both." I wipe my face so it doesn't look like I cried. I curled a fist and knocked on the door.

"One seconded." Tom spoke. I sniffed and waited.

"Mari, you need to see her." Sabine spoke. I hear footsteps. The door opens and I see Tom.

"Adrien, what are you doing here?"He spoke with a smile.

"The cake." I said. He looked at me. I kept trying to look by him. "I heard her."

"Adrien.." He started. I gave him a look.

"Tom, please?" I asked. He stepped aside. I walked in. The two girls unaware I was even in the room.

"Sabine, look who's here." Tom said. Sabine looked up and smiled.

"Hello Adrien." She said. I saw Mari's body freeze.

"Hi, Sabine. Mari." I said. She turned to look at me and her bluebell eyes took me once again.

"A-A-Adrien." She stutter.

"I haven't heard you stutter since we were 17." I laughed. She chuckled. I walked over and she stood up fast. I see the little red head on the ground playing with Emma's old blocks. The dad in me took over and I smiled.

"Hi their." I spoke. She looked at me and I saw Mari's eyes. Just like when I look at Emma she has Mari's hair. "What's your name?"

"Destiny." She spoke so clearly.

"Wow, that's pretty name. How old are you?" I asked. She set down the blocks and counted on her fingers. She held out two fingers from each hand. "Four?" She nodded. "Wow." I looked at Mari who had a smile on her face. "Whose her dad?" I still had my smile.

"Nathaniel." She spoke. I nodded.

"Where is he?" I asked. She froze.

"He pulled a Mari." She said. A tear fell. "He left because I wouldn't abort." I walked around the couch and wrapped her in a hug. She cried into my shoulder. I looked at Tom and Sabine. The whispered they'd be down in the bakery finishing the cake. I nodded.
