Moving? I kept repeating inside my head over and over again. How could we be moving, I liked our house we had. "Why do we have to move!" I heard my old brother Jeremy shout to my mom, like me he liked our house too. "Because your dad got a new job in Tennessee that could get us even more money, so we don't can have more money for when you go to college Jeremy." My mom told him, "but I'm only fifteen and Alyssa is only fourteen, so why are y'all worrying about that now?" Jeremy told her while throwing his boxes that he had his stuff in from his room. "Look Jeremy we are moving and that's final now bring all your stuff that y'all have left into the moving truck so we can leave right now." My mom told us while picking up the only three boxes she had left to put in the moving van. As I put my stuff in the van I saw my brother dragging his feet to the van, "look Jeremy I love this house to but maybe mom is right, maybe this will be a good change and we don't have to worry about going to a new school in the middle of the year because it's summer." I said while smiling to him. "Yeah well I hope your right Alyssa." He said while walking to open the van door, I followed after him after I had put all my stuff in the back of the van. My mom got in the car and started up the engine and before she went she turned around to us and said "I hope y'all brought y'all music because we have eight hours of driving on our list" she warned, Great I thought as I put my earplugs in my ears.
