By the time they leave the store, the snowfall has gotten worse. Remus can see Sirius visibly shivering, but he knows that he'll never admit that he's cold. Remus takes his arms out of his coat and lifts one side up.

"Here," He knows it's a bad idea to get this close to Sirius, but he also knows that if Sirius gets too cold and gets sick he'll turn in to a petulant child, and Remus definitely didn't want that.

"I'm fine." Sirius clutched his arms tighter to his chest.

"Padfoot. Get under the jacket."

Sirius frowns. "I'm not cold."

This is a boldfaced lie.

Remus sighs. "The snow will ruin the leather of your jacket."

Sirius begrudgingly gets under the coat. He's closer than Remus thought he'd be. The shorter boy is completely melded into Remus's side. Remus keeps his head turned away to hide his blush. What he doesn't see is Sirius doing the same thing.
