Aana’s POV

“And he just left?”

“Yes Lottie, he made that big freaking speech and then left me on stage facing the crowd. I don’t know where he went. I ran out seconds later and his car was gone so I caught a taxi back here. I know he’s your brother Lottie but what the hell is wrong with him. He’s gone and left me with all of this shit. Look at all of this, how do I explain this to my parents who are due home today?” I ranted, pulling up the blind to display the dozens of reporters who were making themselves comfortable on my drive.

“I think he’s my idol for exposing Lauren like that.”

“Shut up Gabriella.” Ron muttered. “I feel abit sorry for Joe though, well I did. He’s going to get so much shit for this. And Sean and Chris, that was messed up. So much for bros before hoes.”

“And hoes aren’t loyal.” Gabby laughed.

“Are you finished quoting Chris Brown songs?” I asked, rolling my eyes.

“I think Joe wasn’t her ‘main chick’.” Gabby laughed. “That was the last one promise.”

I had to sort this before my parents got home with my annoying brother. He would go ape shit and kill Joe and my parents would go ape shit and kill me so either way I had to get rid of this. My parents weren’t that strict but they expect me to be responsible, getting wasted and ending up in an alley way to them wasn’t responsible. They don’t mind me drinking or going out because they trust Lottie more than me but this would be a big blow. My mum warned me before they left that if I get in trouble my cars at stake and I can’t let that happen to my baby. I decided I would have to confront the reporters.

“OK, I’m going to talk to them. I have to deal with it before my parents come home.” I announced, walking over to my wardrobe and pulling out a ripped pair of shorts, a blue blouse and my white crochet Toms. I checked out the window again and they didn’t show any sign of moving. I slipped on my clothes and shoes and tied my hair up in a messy bun.

“Aana are you sure?” Lottie asked.

“What? Shall I change?” I muttered, looking down at my clothes.

“No stupid. Are you sure you want to talk to them? Shall we come with you?”

“I’m sure and don’t worry I’ll be fine alone.” I smiled weakly and walked downstairs. I checked my clothes again and opened the door. I coughed loudly and got their attention. As soon as they realised I was there they all raced to the door and crowded around me holding their mics to my face. Talk about invading my personal space.

“Um Hi, I don’t actually know why you’re all here because you got your story last night. What I do know is that you guys are invading my personal area and I don’t appreciate it. Everything you got told last night was true. It wasn’t planned and I was just as shocked at what happened as you were. I was angry at Joe for doing what he did but I don’t hold grudges. I would really appreciate it if you just left me alone now, if you have any questions ask Mr.Luxton, not me. Thank you.” I finished, playing with my hands and waiting for them to move away from me.
