Chapter 19

"Formed your team's? Made your plans? Too bad if you haven't! Here we go the countdown to this brutal battle!" Present Mic yells as you and your team prepares to run.
'Sero and I have a hundred and seventy five points, Eijiro has one seventy, Bakugo two hundred, Ashido has one twenty so that means we all have... six hundred and seventy points.' You assess internally during the countdown.
"START!"
You and your team dash for Midoriya's with everyone else.
"This is really a fight for ten million and everyone knows it!" Tetsutetsu yells as he charges forth with his team as the rider.
"We'll run away of course!" Midoriya announces as a team strategy to his teammates so they attempt to run but a class B student turns the ground to mush and traps them in the spot.
"We should stop!" You call so to Bakugo's annoyance you all stop and Eijiro watches as Midoriya and his team lifts to the sky to escape the trap and the pursuing students.
"We need to think of this strategically-" you yell just for Bakugo to interrupt you.
"Sero wrap me!" Bakugo yells as he jumps just before Sero wraps his tape around Bakugo's torso.
"Good to know his has a sense of reason." You sigh earning a chuckle from your team.
"Well we might as well continue!" Ashido yells which prompts the team into a dash.
"Team Mineta uses its members' varying sizes to form less of a horse and more of a tank!" Present Mic yells as Bakugo's form hovers over team Midoriya.
"GETTING PRETTY FULL OF YOURSELF HUH, YOU BASTARD!!" Bakugo yells before attempting to pummel Midoriya with an explosion.
"TOKOYAMI!" Midoriya yells before a shadow blocks off the team.
"What the hell?" Bakugo comments as you yell.
"Pull him back!!".
Sero pulls Bakugo back, much to his annoyance and he lands back into everyone's arms.
"Nice catch Sero!" Eijiro yells with a grin.
"IS LEAVING YOUR UNIT REALLY ALLOWED!?" Present Mic yells earning a calm response from Midnight.
"It is here on a technicality! They just can't let their feet touch the ground.".
"BOTH THE DOGGEDLY PURSUED FIRST PLACE TEAM AND THE DETERMINED PURSUERS FROM CLASS A ARE NOTHING TO SNEEZE AT! LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT THE CURRENT POINT SPREAD!!" Present Mic yells as he and many others look to the score board. "HOW ARE OUR TEAMS DOING AFTER SEVEN MINUTES AT PLAY?!".
"Wait what?!" Present Mic says sounding more confused than anything.
"OOOH?! NOW JUST WAIT A SECOND! NOW EVERY TEAM FOR CLASS A EXCEPT FOR MIDORIYA'S ISN'T LOOKING TO HOT... WHAT HAPPENED TO BAKUGO?!" Present Mic yells as the world goes in slow motion while Class 1-B's Monoma rips Bakugo's headband off.
"Too simple, really." Monoma announces as you send your chains flying to get your team's headband, or any team's for that matter.
"GIVE THAT BACK I'LL FREAKING KILL YOU!" Bakugo screams as you finally rip a headband away much to Monoma's surprise.
"How many?!" Ashido questions.
"Five hundred!" Bakugo yells as he wraps the band around his head, you and Monoma exchange death glares.
"TEAM BAKUGO IS BACK ON THE BOARD WITH THE HELP OF TETSUTETSU (Y/N)!" Present Mic yells as your team runs off, you use your chains to make a protective barrier to keep anyone like Monoma from stealing this headband.

"Hmm?" A man of flames watches you closely, he was watching his son until he noticed you, a girl with locked potential that if she controlled her emotions better could rein supreme.
"Yes she should be trained too. With another one I could out do All Might in power."

Bakugo looks around in a fit of rage as he realizes that your team specifically was targeted.
"Kirishima plans are changed... before we go for Deku... I'M GONNA MURDER EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!" Bakugo announces making you and Eijiro exchange looks of surprise.
'Well crap this is the guy I've partnered with' You sigh internally as you sense the rage of your teammate.
"C'mon Bakugo chill out." You tell your teammate as a class 1-B student lectures Monoma.
"Calm down Bakugo. If you don't keep your cool then we'll never get anymore points!" Eijiro reminds Bakugo but he is still fuming.
"I'm as cool as ice!" Bakugo growls with a sadistic grin, if you weren't holding him up you'd face palm.
"Oh come on man!" Eijiro yells in annoyance to Bakugo's behavior.
"Prepare to attack anyone to comes remotely close to us! You got it Kusari!?" Bakugo yells so you nod and remove your chains from the barrier from so they can be used for attack.
"READY TO KILL?!" Bakugo yells so you just shake your head and take notice to something, team Torodoki is being flanked and it appears that they are preparing for...
"Electric shock incoming!" You yell as you pierce your chains into the ground to create a device called a ground where the electrical current will be transferred from your team into the dirt at your feet.
"What Kusari!?" Bakugo yells before the stadium fills with bright yellow light that sends shocks of pain through your body.
"What the fuck just happened?" Bakugo questions as you send the chains launching from the ground.
"Well I took the electricity for you guys... and well it seems Eijiro had his own solution too." You tell them as you take notice to your friend going back to his normal body form.
"WHAT'S THIS! TODOROKI HAS TAKEN ALL BUT ONE OF THE TEAMS OUT WITH ONE FIERCE STRIKE!" Present Mic yells as you exchange a swift glance with Todoroki and he moves his right hand.
"GUYS UP!" You yell as your chains wrap around to your team (earning a few curses from Bakugo) and you grapple up to the scoreboard.
"WHY THE HELL ARE YOU PEOPLE SO HEAVY!" You growl as you and your teammates dangle.
"Well fuck you too Kusari!" Bakugo yells.
You finally look down to see the ice traveling up the scoreboard so you release your hold on the board and everyone falls in a huge pile.
"You guys ok?" Eijiro mumbles as he and the rest of your team stand up, ensuring that Bakugo's feet don't touch the ground once.
"Not dead!" Mina yells with excitement.
"That was a really quick plan." Sero comments as he stretches his arms.
"You were close to killing us Kusari!" Bakugo fumes so you chuckle.
"Much more than you to anyone else King explosion murder?" You point out making him freeze in his tracks and in an instant you know he has flashed the evilest of grins.
"You know Kusari I think you are right." Bakugo announces with a tone of pure evil so you just shake your head and run forth with your team.
"Nice quirk you have there, Bakugo..." Monoma announces as he sends an explosion into Bakugo's face, you are just barely fast enough to snatch your team's headband before it is stolen from Monoma.
"That's my...!" Bakugo yells in shock of his quirk being used against himself.
"He has your power too Bakugo!" Eijiro yells with his body partially turned to stone to protect himself from the explosion.
"YOU BASTARD!" Bakugo yells as he throws an explosion into Monoma's face, Monoma simply uses Eijiro's quirk and turns into stone.
"But hey I think I'm better at that." Monoma tells your team with a sneer as Eijiro watches in shock.
"M-My quirk! It's like I'm looking straight into a mirror!" Eijiro gasps.
"Nah this jerk's just a-... copycat" Bakugo tells Eijiro as your chains wrap around your team in a dome and you also return the headband to Bakugo, he nods his head in what you think is thanks.
"Ding ding, any idiot would be able to figure that out." Monoma tells Bakugo as you silently thank that he isn't using your quirk.
"Monoma run!" Some guy yells as some goopy substance is thrown at the ground at your feet so you lift yourself up with your chains so you don't get stuck.
"Damn it's all hard! I can't move!" Eijiro yells as he tries to break deee from the rock like substance holding him to the ground.
"Eijiro don't panic." You tell him as you allow your feet to touch the ground.
"Don't panic! These people could steal our points anytime!" Sero yells in a fit of panic.
"Hold up my quirk could probably melt this stuff away!" Mina yells as she throws her acid at the stone around her feet.
"Aww don't be mad. You brought this upon yourself, after all hey... what was it you said when this all began, it seems kinda embarrassing now. I am going to get first place.," Monoma tells Bakugo with a smirk which angers him, "good luck."
"I'm going to try to get you out Eijiro!" You yell as you launch your chains at Eijiro's foot that is stuck in place, you watch as pieces of the glue chip off.
'Todoroki has set up his own arena where Midoriya is now trapped so now we will more than likely be more targeted now.' You assess with sweat running down your face, you can sense the eyes on your team... you guys have to escape this trap.
A/N: hey guys I'm sorry about missing last week's update but I managed to get drumroll please.... GROUNDED!! Well I still am but before I got grounded(? Cause it doesn't entirely seem like a grounding) I had the down time to write this so I'm sneaking this update for you all! Please enjoy and also please bear with me while I attempt to write updates with only two hours of internet allowed a week (I'm gonna more than likely start going to the library another day or two a week for this purpose.).
