chapter 6

When I walk out into the open, I hit the ground with my bat so they will see me

All 4 of them look at me the first guy signaled the others to grab me

I dodged the first one and I hit the second one with my bat, he hit the ground, blood rushing out of his head

The third one just stood there and smiled at me

I turned around and saw the first guy aiming a gun at me

I ran to him and grabbed his gun

The worst part was that I got shot while doing so

But it was just in my arm so I could handle it till I got Namjoon out of here

The third guys was watching the others and the boss guy was watching me now, I shot the first guys foot and he hit the ground

I turned around to face the boss, he had yoongi at gun point

I glared at him with all the hate I could muster. I wasn't losing that much blood at the moment, if I go about this the right way I can have Namjoon out before I pass out

"Put you're weapon down, or I'll kill you're friend" He said

I did as he said and I lowered my gun, once my gun hit the ground I rolled with my gun still in hand and I shot the guys leg and he fell

I look at Namjoon and mouthed "run" He did as I said and ran out that door

I saw the last guy standing aiming at Namjoon I ran in front of him and took the shot

Namjoon was already out the door by time I hit the ground, I'm glad cuz he would have came back for me and I didn't want that

I hadn't passed out yet, just got a bullet in my chest, opposite side of my heart

I was clinging to life at this point and I wasn't letting go anytime soon

The guy I shot in the foot got up and limped over to me

"You little shit" He said, I smiled as I said "guilty as charged" "Wipe that smile off you're face" He said obviously not happy with my attitude "I refuse" I said to him, just buying Namjoon time before they notice he's gone if they haven't already

"Shit. Dude were missing one" The guy in front of me looked un happy, he glared at me as I made my smile bigger

"Which one?" The one in front of me asked "the one with the purple hair who was near the door" The other guy responded, the guy in front grunted in annoyance

He looked at me "you helped him escape.. Didn't you?" He asked "maybe" I replied

He aimed his gun at me and then

"This is police, surrender the hostages" I heard someone say

The guy in front of me looked away, this was my chances so I took it, I grabbed his gun turned it on him and shot his leg as he fell

The other guy was standing near Jin about to shoot him and not paying any attention to me

I shot his shoulder and he also fell "their on the ground get in here" I yelled to the police next thing I knew they ran in and arrested the 4 men

The paramedics came to me first, I didn't see anyone go to jimin, he was behind me they probably didn't see him on the other side of this counter

"There's a man behind me next to the fridge. He got shot in the leg before I got shot, he's lost a lot of blood, load him before me" I said trying to get them to save jimin

They nodded and signaled other paramedics to come get me

In a few minutes jimin passes me, and is loaded up

There trying to stabilize me before they load up and head out

Namjoon come through the door and saw me

He ran over "Y/n, hang in there you're going to be alright" I smiled at him as he held my hand to comfort me "any... Word.. On.. Jimin?" I asked "yeah he's stable and last time I checked he's heading into surgery " He said and I sighed in relief

"But, what you did was badass Y/n, and I'm glad you came in when you did, you saved us all" He said smiling at me, I smiled back then everything went black

~2 days later~

I woke up in the all to familiar hospital bed

I slowly wake up, I remember what happened so I don't dare try and sit up

Then the doc comes in

"Hello miss, how are felling, any pain anywhere?" He asked and I shook my head

The doctor took my vitals and was about to leave when I asked "hey, do you by chance know the room park jimin is in?" I asked and he responded with "378"

I nod and thank him before getting up and visiting him, taking my pole with me

I walk into the room jimin was in, I see him sleeping, he looks so peaceful

I walk up to him and sat on a chair near his bed

I places my hand on his craving his touch

He slowly wakes up, I slowly take my hand away but he grabs it and holds my hand as I blush

"Sorry did I wake you?" I asked and he shook his head "how's you're leg doing?" I asked "it's just fine thanks to you. Speaking of you, how are you?" He asked

"I'm fine" I lied, faking a smile

To be honest I wished I had died back there

"How come you haven't explained to be that you have an older brother?" He said.. Shit I forgot I said that

"That's cause... He's.. Not here.. " I said looking down "then were is he? And why didn't he save you from you're dad?" A tear left my eye "it's cause... He protected me and my sister... And... He.. Was.. Killed by my dad" I struggled to say. More tears flow down my cheeks as I look up at jimin

"Oh, if you don't mind me asking.. Can I hear you're story?" He asked and I nodded

"When I was almost 8 my mom was told she had stage 2 breast cancer while she was pregnant with my sister.. She fought a long battle, once my dad found out she had 3 months to live he started drinking, he would come home and beat me and my brother, but my mom took a stand to him and protected us from his beatings, but cause of that.. Her 3 months turned into 1...cause her body was working harder to heal cuts and bruises and the cancer" Tears escaped my eyes, but I continue to think of her and smiled

"Once she passed away I was 8..she was 26 she was to young..they were able to save Rose before my mom died, so me and my brother Jackson had to raise her our selves.. And on Jackson's 16th birthday he took his last breath.. I was almost nine when he died, he told me to carry on his story and protect Rose... His murder was pinned on someone that wasn't my dad... And after that.. I had to protect Rose, but one day I was late getting home and I found her lifeless body on the floor then my dad tried to kill me cause I saw her body" I said still crying

"So what's the story with you're brother? You're mom was to young to be his mother" He asked "he was my step brother.. We had the same dad but different moms" I said and he nodded in response

"So you've been going through this alone? How come you didn't tell me" He asked "cause I didn't want you to think I was lying for attention"

He pulled me into a hug and of course I hugged back
