"Patton, Logan is here to help!", Roman shouted. Patton and Virgil flinched at the sudden yell. Patton pressed his face, spilling tears on Virgil's sweater. "Please don't let them see me..". It was too late for that, though. Patton felt his face being lifted up, most likely by Logan.
"Patton, how did this happen?", Logan questioned, with concern in his voice. Patton could barely speak. "My e-eyes disappear...", Patton couldn't say anymore, so Virgil explained. "When he gets sad and cries a lot, his eyes disappear. I don't know why this happened, though... he was about to tell me.".
"Well, then, Patton, please explain.", Logan said with concern. "It's b-because.. ", Patton's words got stuck in his throat. "It's because of you. You kept shooting my ideas down and made fun of me and made me feel bad..".
"P-Patton, dearest, I.. we never meant to hurt you.". Roman whispered, tears in his eyes. "I'm sorry, I didn't know I was making you feel like this..". "Patton, the way I spoke to you was unacceptable. And.. I-I'm sorry.", Logan said. "And if I h-have done anything, I'm sorry.", Virgil stuttered.
Still, Patton felt miserable.
