5 years later...
Nic and Alex grew into young adults and decided that it was time to get married. So, they called Nic's father and invited him because they had forgiven him, but that had been decision that Nic would regret forever.
At the wedding(7 months later)..
Nic's dad showed up to the wedding, but did something horrible. He pulled out a gun and aimed it at Alex's head. Everyone screamed. Nic screamed the loudest of all. "DAD PLEASE DON'T!!" but he didn't listen. As he was about to pull the trigger, Alex screamed, "I LOVE YOU NIC!!", and he shot. Nic fell to the ground and passed out. She awoke in the hospital. She was told that her father would be locked up for life. She began to cry and scream, " NO ALEX! I LOVE YOU! PLEASE COME BACK TO ME!"
