The first words on the phone was  silence.  Would Seoyeon's Eomma answer?  Would she ask about her day? But finally, someone spoke, "Sweet-Heart? How are you doing? Is everything ok? You rarely call this early in the morning. Don't you have work? I can watch TaeTae if you like" Her voice was...happy. An emotion that Seoyeon struggled to feel at the moment. How could she explain what happened? What would her parents think? "Eomma...can I stay over with Taemin for a while? S-Something happened..," Seoyeon asks. As she spoke, she could hear the waffle maker's alarm ding loudly, alerting her that they were ready to be taken out. Quickly setting her phone down, she took the waffles out and then cut it in small pieces for her son. Once she finished cutting, she served the waffles with apples and blue berries on the side. "Yay!", Taemin smiles angelically.  His smiling cute face brought a smile upon his mother's face as well. Even from her grieving,  he could help her through the dark troubles. "TaeTae...I was thinking that we could stay over with my Eomma and Appa. Do you remember them? You were still a little baby~," Seoyeon giggles, remembering the time she last visited her parents with baby Taemin. She didn't expect a fast answer due to him eating.  The toddler lifts his head, still chewing, but was able to answer," Nope, why do we have to stay with them Eomma?".  With hesitation, she looked down then back at him.  How could she explain to her young boy that they were going to leave their home?  "Because, Eomma is struggling, and Appa won't be back...for a long time...," she said, mumbling the last part while looking at her phone.

After a couple of hours, Seoyeon's Appa arrives with his truck. He helps Seoyeon pack while her Eomma kept Taemin busy.  "That son of a bitch! I swear when I see him, I'll kill the living soul out of him. We gave him permission to marry you at a young age, and he gives you this...," her Appa yells.  Seoyeon's Appa, Dean, was a business man while her Eomma, Seol, was a hairstylist. That explained the reason of why they lived a rich lifestyle.  "Appa...please not now, Taemin might hear," begs his daughter.  The two took a couple of hours to pack the rest of the house and throw out what was known to them as a "bad memories".  Taemin and Seol played simple games like I spy, tag, and even sticks.  They didn't want to put pressure on Taemin to know his grandparents so quickly since he was still so young.  "That's all, we can leave now Appa," Seoyeon smiles in relief.  For safe keeping, her parents checked the whole house before letting Seoyeon move in with them.  Finally, they drove to her parent's house after the long process of checking her house. It was a long drive to her parents house, so Taemin napped on his mother's lap, with a small smile on his face. So oblivious to what was really going on. Seoyeon looks out the window to say her final good-byes to the nightmare she once lived.
