"let's go out tonight!" Gabby yelled, bursting into my room while I was getting up
"what?" I asked, still groggy
"me and Liza both agreed that it's time for us to have a girls night out again. Come on DJ its been so long and we've all been working ourselves to death, we deserve a little fun!"
"well I'll see but I'm so tired, I was up all night editing this week's video and I don't even like it that much"
Just then David burst through the door with Alex close behind him
"hey girls we're having a boys night at the Denny house, do you think Elton and Colby and those guys would wanna come?" David said, sitting down on my grey, fluffy chair
"Of course they would, and that's perfect cause WE'RE going out tonight. We all need a little fun" Gabbie said, emphasising we which meant I was definitely coming, whether I wanted to or not
I got up and started walking out of my room to leave them to their conversation when I heard footsteps behind me. I assumed it was Gabbie but when I turned around and bumped into Alex's hard chest I froze
"Oh sorry, I thought you were Gabbie" I said stuttering
"Nope I don't think I am" he said looking down at himself
I laughed and stood there for a second awkwardly
"Hey wanna go grab breakfast, it's been a while since we've hung out.... just us two" Alex asked, scratching the back of his neck
I nodded and told him to wait for me to get changed. I went to my room to see Gabbie and David left and I could hear them all the way in Liza's room. I quickly changed and applied some light makeup and tied up my hair
I went downstairs to see Colby standing in our living room
"Hey babe" he said with a cheeky grin "lets go get breakfast"
"Oh baby I'm sorry, I'm getting breakfast with Alex" I said walking towards him
"Seriously?...."
"Yeah, but it won't be long, we'll hang out when I get back" just then Alex walked in and asked if I was ready to go. I could feel Colby's jealousy bubbling up. I didn't want to fight so I just gave him a quick peck and started to walk out. He grabbed me by my wrist and pulled me back into him. He hugged me and kissed my forehead.
"I'll be back soon" I said and kissed him one more time and walked out.
