She had been walking the streets for a long time. And when all hope was gone we found a shop. It wasn't just any shop... It was a pawn shop. She walked awkwardly in there. The place was small but clearly nice. There was many trinkets far too precious that you would never see anything like them in Neverland. She studied all around the shop and marveled at everything. "Can I help you"? The man at the counter asked. I hid so I wouldn't be seen. Tiger Lily was caught off guard. "Yes... I would like to sell something". "Well what do you have"? He asked curious. She thought and thought and suddenly her hand reached up to her pearl necklace the one that Phillip said she could have when she first met him when she saved him. The man saw this and stared and the beautiful pearl. She yanked it off her neck and carefully handed it to him. He took it and grabbed his glasses and stared at it. "That is quite something you got there" he said surprise in his tone. "Well this is what I could give you for this" he took a handful of big coins I didn't recognize but looked valuable. Tiger Lily took them with surprise. "Thank you" she said. "No thank you"! The man said. Then we were out the door. She knew exactly what the money would be used for. A place to stay. We walked all around until we found a small hotel. It was more like a big house but it would have to do. We walked in and went to the big counter and payed. Then they showed us to our room. The room was small but nice. Tiger Lily took it all in. She lay herself on the bed exhausted. I was exhausted too from flying around all day. She stared at the ceiling thinking it all over. A new world so unfamiliar not sure how to manage. But if it was to get to Peter she would endure it.
