Penguin Flippers

"That's odd, I don't feel particularly different but did something change?" Kira thought aloud . The minute she left Yukisada's house, it was as if her mind was clearer or something had been lifted off her. She took a minute to check if anything was wrong, but she wasn't hurt anywhere and there was nothing out of the ordinary that she could see, so she ignored it and pondered over what she was going to do for the day. 
"I did say I was going to try and meet with everybody, so I'll go and do that!" thought Kira, but immediately after, she heard a small shout of "Kira!" , and felt the feeling of penguin flippers tackling her legs. She looked down and wrapped around her legs was Peraco, smiling up at her.
"Hello again Peraco, what about your siblings?" Kira asked the penguin holding on to her legs.
Peraco smiled up at her and gestured around her. "They're right behind me! I had to go wake up these sleepyheads because they wouldn't get up," Peraco complained childishly. Kira craned her neck to look behind her (Peraco was hugging the back of her legs) and sure enough, three little penguins shyly looked up at her. She smiled at them and the little penguins blushed happily and started excitedly waving their flippers about. Kira laughed a bit, which made them wave their flippers faster. Watching her siblings flapping about, Peraco waved a flipper and said "Don't mind them, they're just really happy! Hey Kira, come and make another igloo with us!"
Kira thought about the suggestion for a minute. "I did say I was going to meet with everybody, but Peraco's asking me to build an igloo with her so I should do that instead." 
"Sure, of course I will." Kira agreed happily. Peraco cheered and added 
"By the way, I was going to ask Mafuyu if she wanted to come too! You alright with that?"
Kira nodded and Peraco cheered again. "Alright! I'm going to go ask her, so can you watch my siblings for a minute? Pretty please?" Peraco begged. Kira nodded again and said "Of course!"
Peraco happily went off, leaving Kira and her siblings to wait there. Once she was gone, one of the siblings tugged on Kira's dress. "Hm? What is it?" Kira asked. She bent down so that she was eye level to them and suddenly- one of them hugged her. She was partially surprised, but she didn't push them off and instead squatted so that she was in better reach of them. The other siblings started flailing about ( possibly jealous) and decided that the only thing to do was to also hug her. So by the time Peraco came back with Mafuyu in tow, Kira was on the ground with tiny penguin flippers wrapped around her and tiny penguins holding on to her .
"Kira, you don't have to let them do what they want so why didn't you move?"
"I was surprised for a second but I don't want to disturb them because they seem satisfied."
