"Aw man, what am I gonna do?" Beast Boy muttered to himself as he paced his room, which he had cleaned upon Raven's gentle, more like aggresive, persuasion. It wasn't the tidiest, but compared to the normal pig sty that smelt like a barn threw up in it, his room was rather neat and tidy. Tonight however, the newfound cleanliness of his room didn't cross Beast Boy's mind at all. Instead he was nervous, with a bit of excitment mixed in. This evening you see, was the Beast Boy's first date with Raven, and saying he was just nervous is an understatment. The thought of urinating in his pants crossed his mind more than once, and his stomach was full of metaphorical butterflies, bouncing around, having a jolly good time; making him want to vomit on his recently waxed floor. It's not that he didn't want to go on this date, he was just worried he'd mess up and make a complete fool of himself, well, more than usual.

Currently, his biggest trouble seemed to come from the oh-crap-I-have-no-clue-what-to-wear-department. He had searched through his small closet for a nice outfit, but he wasn't sure what to wear. Should he wear his normal uniform? Is the uniform too plain? How about a tuxedo? Is the tux too fancy? A simple shirt and jeans? Is that not fancy enough? He wracked his brain for even the slightest idea of what to wear, then suddenly someone knocked on the door.

"Dude, what now?" Beast Boy muttered to himself as he shuffled to the door.

"Beast Dude, it's me, Cy, open up!" Beast Boy sighed in relief and opened the door.

"Bro, glad you're here; I need help, man!" Beast Boy exclaimed. He grabbed Cyborg's metal shoulders and shook him. "Come on man, please!" He looked up at Cyborg; begging for help.

"Chill Beasty, I'll help you out," Cyborg reasurred him. He then pulled Beast Boy off of him and sat him down on the newly made bed. "So, what you need bro?"

Beast Boy sighed. "I have no clue what to wear for my date!" "What if I mess everything up?"

Cyborg looked at the assortment of clothes in the closet. Putting his hand under his chin, he looked thoughtful for a moment when all of a sudden, his face lit up with an idea. "I know!" He exclaimed. Cyborg then picked up black dress pants and a purple button-up shirt.

"You like?"

"I guess dude, but why those?" Beast Boy asked, racking his brain for answers.

"They're Rae's two favorite colors, duh!" Cyborg shouted. He then pushed them towards Beast boy and said, "Go on, B, try em' on dude, and see that I'm right." He then skipped out of the room with all the grace a half human/half robot could possess.

Beast Boy stared down at the articles of clothing now held in his hands. Would these really work? Is Cyborg right? What does Cyborg even know know about fashion anyway? He never wears clothes, so how would he know? He gulped and then took his shirt off. 'Well, here goes nothing,' he thought to himself and put on the outfit.

A few minutes later, Cyborg loudly knocked on his best friends door. "You done in there B?" "Come on let me see my masterpiece!" Beast Boy then opened the door, and Cyborg gasped loudly (and a little annoyingly, unfortunately for Beast Boy). "You look incredible!" He shouted and pinched Beast Boy's green cheeks. "My little baby boy's all grown up," Cyborg said while wiping fake tears from his eye.

"Dude, knock it off," Beast Boy said, punching him lightly. "But, uh... do I really look that good?"

Cyborg scoffed. "Of course you do!" "And I know I'm right." "I'm always right, B."

This got a laugh out of our favorite green hero and he hugged Cyborg. "Thanks bro, I owe you one."

"No problem Beast Dude, just have fun on your date!"

Beast Boy gasped and looked at the clock which read 8:45. "Oh man, I'm late!" "I'm late!" he said, running out of the room.

Cyborg laughed and turned off the light and closed the door to his green little buddy's room. "Good luck man, good luck."
