Oh how you loved to sing. You sung and did a mini dance while walking to Dr. Gudharts' office. He said that it was exciting news. The sound in his voice actually made you bubbly and just as excited as the old man was. You did a miniature tap dance in your place and hummed some more.
"That sunday shine is a certain sign that you feel as fine as you look!" You sang with overjoy and giddyness. Other researchers and gaurds looked at you strangley like it's the craziest thing they've seen all day. You grew more excited seeing Dr. Gudhart's office at the end of the hallway and had to force yourself to not full on sprint your way to it.
Upon entering, you were greeted with a very familiar sixty year old man with pale blue eyes, a scruffy beard, white slick back hair and a contagious grin.
"Dr. Gudhart! You said you had good news?" You asked."Yes. Please have a seat, (Y/N)." He replied which you took a seat that was in front of his desk. "I'm retiring." He said with the widest smile. Who could blame him? This place was a hell hole!
"What? You can't just- but what about-"
"I'm leaving Scp-035 in your hands. I trust you can take care of it." He said.
"But, that's a keter! I don't know if I'll be able to handle-"
"You'll be just fine. I wouldn't leave it in your care if i didn't think you could do it. I believe you're the right person for the job."
Your joyful spirit changed dramatically. You were in tragedy. You had a mental breakdown and built yourself together multiple times in a matter of a minute.
This was such bad news. You and your best friend Gabriel had conspiracy theories about the foundation and what retirement was. And if those were true, you feared for Dr. Gudhart's life.
"You'll do great. I know you will." He said trying to reasure you. Oh how it didn't work.
"Are you absolutely sure?" You quized."Positive."
That was then. Back then you would go through the motions. You didn't feel passionate about what you had to study. Now...
"Dr. (L/N). Are you sure you want to go through with this?" An MTF officer asked.
"No." You shakily said while heading inside the cell. You were terrified but swallowed your fear. 'You can get through this.'
Passion was too weak of a word to describe how you felt. Obsession maybe? You couldn't wait until...
"Hello?" You asked the masked being. It chuckled, yet not saying anything. How mysterious.
All you wanted was to be with him. You hated going the day without getting to see him in person. Then again, you had to wear a hazmat suit everytime and those things might as well have been a wall between you two.
"Can i ask a favor of you?~" you could only think about how charming he was. Everything about him made you want him so bad.
"What kind of favor?" You asked in anticipation. You would do anything for this mask.
"Can you get me a host?"
Oh how you loved that mask. You would do anything for him."A host? I don't think I can-"
"Shhhhhhh....please? Please do it for me?"
You knew he was manipulative. You knew how sadistic and cunning he was. You couldn't help but fall for it. You leaned towards him and whispered.
"Okay...no promises."
It gave you a weirdly happy feeling knowing you were pleasuring him.
Somehow you convinced the higher ups to allow this. You were always so persuasive.
Walking in that cell was probably the best bad idea you ever had. It all started with flattery. Compliments here and there, telling you amazing stories it's experienced."And then he STABBED ME!" 035 exclaimed. He was talking about a host he had. Not only was he battling the host, but the host had a fued with someone who just happened to pick a fight the same day.
"How long was the blade?" You asked amusedly.
"About nine inches."
You hissed in imagenary pain. "That sounds like it hurt."
"Eh. Didn't hurt that bad."
"I know that if i was stabbed with a nine inch blade, i would probably die from the pain and not even the wound itself." You admitted. Pain tolerance wasn't exactly your forte.
"Well, i survived." He commented. It made you snort in laughter. "I love it when you laugh. It's so cute."
You tried to not fall for his tactics. You tried really hard, but you just couldn't help yourself.
You loved the way he touched you.
There had been a massive containment breach. You were so scared of the things you might encounter. 035 kept you busy to make you feel slightly more comfortable. Currently you were hiding in his cell with him. He thought he would love to see you cower in fear, but he couldn't handle seeing you like this.
"It will be alright. I'm here with you." He paced around the cell. 035 wanted out but he wasn't going to force you into it. He wasn't going to leave without you either. He loved you too much.
035 nealt down in front of you, cradling your face in his hands. He wiped your tears away and rubbed your arms to try to soothe you. It was the best he could do without hurting you.
"Will you protect me?" You sobbed. Clearly scared out of your mind.
"Of course I will. I love you." He assured.
"I love you, too." You grabbed his hand and kissed it. His face that was previously in tradgedy changed to comedy. This caused you to giggle and he gave a low chuckle.
You held onto his hand which he loved a lot. It may not have been his hand, but he didn't care. As long as he got to feel you. His other hand traveled to your hair. 035 combed his fingers through your(h/c) locks.
"We should try to escape." He whispered. Your eyes widened. So many bad things could happen on the way out and when you get out. It all ends with you getting killed by an SCP or terminated for helping one escape. You thought about how the off chance you do escape and survive how you two could be together until you died. Then you remembered that it wouldn't matter because you two can't have children. You can't adopt because you have to stay off the radar. Every idea was a bad idea. But if you didn't, once they get the facility back up running, there's a chance he'll be moved to another facility and you'll never see him again. With a long sigh, you looked up at him.
"Okay. Let's do it."
I'm sorry because i haven't updated in so longand this one is terrible. I hope you somewhat enjoyed this one though.
