Chapter 5: Protector of the Sanctum

(A/N: Sorry I didn't upload on this story sooner. Got caught up on Batman: Arkham Asylum and other stories.)

After Kamar-Taj had been repaired, you went to the library, and saw that the Book of Cagliostro had been stolen. "Oh, crap." you say.
Wong notices and said, "The book. It's gone. With it, the Zealots can restore Dormammu to his full strength."
You suddenly feel strange (A/N: Didn't want that to be a pun), and looked down at your hands. They were shaking uncontrollably. You gasped as you realised your nerve damage was back. You tried to channel magical energy into your hands, but it failed. Blake looked at you and said, "Your... your hands..."
"What's happening to me?" you ask.
You open the Eye of Agamotto, and use it to turn your hands back to before the accident happened. As soon as they stopped shaking, you say, "What just happened?"

"I have been restored to my full power," a voice said in your head, "And now, I am coming for Earth."
"Dormammu," you say, "He's coming for us."
You conjure a portal back to Vale. You run to Ozpin and tell him the events. He responds with a, "Dormammu? Returning?"
"Yes," you say, "Mordo will go for the Sanctums next. The London Sanctum has already fallen."
"Then we must protect the New York Sanctum, Y/N." Ozpin said.
"Gather all the teams that will fight," you say, conjuring a portal to the sanctum, "Tell them to go through this portal. We must be ready for when the Zealot's attack."
You went through, Team RWBY and Wong on your tail. You pulled Blake aside and said to her, "If we don't make it out of this, I want you to know... You're the most beautiful person I've ever seen."
"You too, Y/N." she said, kissing me.

The Zealots entered the sanctum, Mordo and Kaecilius leading them. "Strange," Mordo said, "I see you are now siding wit children. How primitive."
"Shut up," you say, "Let's just get to the bit where you lose already."
"You are the one who will lose, Mr Doctor." Kaecilius said, drawing his weapon.
The teams went for the Zealots, but you focused your attacks on Kaecilius and Mordo. Deflecting both their attacks was hard, but you managed it. To protect the sanctum, you teleported them all into the Mirror Dimension. You then changed the terrain to confuse the Zealots, but the tams fell around as well. You conjured a weapon and attacked Kaecilius, whilst deflecting Mordo's attacks. Mordo eventually cut the chain to the Eye of Agamotto and picked it up. "Finally," he said, "Now, Dormammu will be unstoppable."
The Zealots then vanished as you teleported everyone back to the real world. "NO!" Wong yelled, "They have the Time Stone! All is lost now."
You chuckled, pulling the Stone out of thin air, "Master of Illusion, remember?"

Everyone went back to Vale but Blake. "Will you not follow?" she asked.
"Sorry, but no," you say, "This experience taught me that I cannot abandon my duties as Sorcerer Supreme for even a day."
"Will I see you again?" she asked, holding your face in her arms.
"My love," you say, kissing her, "I'm always just a portal away."
You gave her two slit rings, "Just think of me, conjure the portal, and I'll be there for you."
She kissed you again, and stepped through the portal, back to Vale. "Parting is such a sweet sorrow." you say.
"William Shakespeare?" Wong asked.
"Oh, yeah." you say.

That night, you couldn't stop thinking about Blake. You looked at a picture of you and her. She looked so cheerful, so beautiful, and so... badass. You went to sleep, and had a nightmare. You saw Mordo kill Blake right in front of you. You watched as Kaecilius killed Wong, decapitating him. You then watched Dormammu smashing the Time Stone in his fist, and, as he was about to kill you, you woke up, panting. You went to check on the Time Stone. Still as you left it. You then heard a noise, "Wong?" you asked.
Ozpin emerged from behind the bookshelf, "Y/N, I had to see you."
"What is it?" you ask.
"It's Blake..." he said, looking down.
"What?" you ask, hoping for the best, "What about her?"
"Mordo and Kaecilius," Ozpin said, "They took her, and are planning to sacrifice her to Dormammu."
