Had a rough week, Father's Day sucked. Maybe it's just my family that can't get along?

Long story short my sis and I just walked out of the restaurant Lolol

Yesterday I broke up with my boyfriend- found out he was cheating on me.

Where have I seen that scarf before? It seems so familiar, yet I can't quite put my finger on it.

I looked back at the isle of snacks and grabbed a bag of chips.

I quietly made my way behind the mystery person. I waited patiently for my turn to check out.

For some odd reason the person has a dark aurora surrounding them. My uneasiness was sinking in and I started to get uncomfortable.

'Why am I in the predicament, where the hell is Ben?' My mind screamed.

I looked around the store, desperately trying to get my mind off of this feeling.

All of a sudden the cashier let out a small yelp, my head quickly snapped towards him.

I took a small step to the right so I could get a better view, he was looking at his computer screen with a confused look.

"I'm sorry, but it seems my computer is glitching out" I heard him mumbled softly to the guy in front of me.

"Fine, have my change pay for the girl behind me. I gave you enough anyways" I heard the mystery man reply ever so softly, yet his voice somewhat came off threatening.

I was stunned to say the least, I don't think I know him and yet here he is paying for me.

I am an idiot, I feel horrible.

As the mystery guy moved to the left to go to the door I whispered a thank you.

He stopped and glanced at me, all I could see was his eyes- barely. His bangs covered them while his scarf covered almost his entire face.

I froze.

'Where have I met you before?'
I wondered.

"Don't mention it doll face" the man announced and walked towards the door.

Just then the lights of the gas station started flickering.

I looked around, confused. The mystery man stopped and the cashier looked like he was about to shit his pants.

It's late at night, I'm in my prom dress. My friend disappeared, I'm in a gas station with a cashier dude and a guy who gives me the creeps.

Now this.

All of a sudden my heart dropped, the lights shattered as the sound echoed in the now dark store.

I started trembling in fear, I needed to get to the car now.

I quickly found my way to the door, surprised the person wasn't there anymore.

I pushed the door opened and just then I heard the cashier scream.

I turned towards the noise out of reflex and I heard a gurgling sound.

Then, all of a sudden, I heard a 'thump'. I assumed his body had hit the floor or something.

My heart started racing, all I know is now I need to leave.

Fear started blooming inside of me as I ran to the car.

Just my luck, the car was locked. The keys laid on the driver seat. I know for a fact it wasn't on the seat when I left.

I cursed and got out my phone out and dialed 9-1-1.

Maybe nothing happened to the guy and I could be imagining things, but I wasn't going to take the chance plus the keys are locked in the car so I needed them here anyways.

Two for one deal I guess.

I looked around the dark parking lot, I heard the door ring and the guy stepping out. I could feel his gaze upon me as another person stepped out of the car that was parked next to me.

Please pick up.

"9-1-1 what's your emergency?" I heard a women speak through the phone.

"Yes hi, please send help. I was in the gas station and lights went out and I heard a scream and I locked my keys in the car" my mind was a mess and I stuttered over my words.

"Okay, calm down. Is anyone with you?" She asked calmly.

"Uh yes, I had a friend but he disappeared a..and there were cars following us and they are here too. Um, I think one of them had hurt the cashier and oh god" I stopped myself as I saw them walking over to me.

"They are coming towards me, what do I do?" I panicked.

"Miss please tell me where you are"

I told her the address of this place as quick as I could, my eyes still on the figures.

"Please, they are coming towards me. I don't know if they are armed, they were following me."
I stuttered out as I went behind the car, giving some more distance.

"Miss, I sent some cops your way. What I need for you to do-"

Just then my phone shut off.

I looked down at it in horror, why now.

I looked back up as the figures came closer. I still had the bag of chips in my hand.

"(Y/N) nice to see you again" I heard the guy with the scarf say.

"Who are you?" I trembled, as I waited for a response.

"You know who I am" with that he inched closer, his friend took the other side- trying to trap me.

'I'm going to die' I thought as I watched them walk closer.

'If I make it out of this, I'm going to kill that shorty for leaving me'
With that thought I watched as the two figures come around the car.

'Fuck'
