Y/n POV.
You had been best friend with Demi since you can remember. You were there when she sang my heart will go on in front of the whole school, when she got onto barney, when she moved away and got on Disney, when she went on countless tours and when she went to rehab you had been there every step of the way not to mention there for every boy or girl in between.
And there was one feeling that all remained the same.
You were in love with her. Every little thing about her you adored how she smiled as wide as she could, how she scrunched her nose up when she got extremely happy, how she sang, how she danced, how much she cared about her fans and her family and friends .. It was everything that drew you too her.
She was currently playing you her unfinished new album.
"So this one I wrote I want your honest opinion on okay?" She said smiling.
"Demi you will know if I don't like it trust me" you giggle back at her.
"What's it called Demz" you smile.
"Uh it's called ruin the friendship" she shyly replied.
She pressed play and you just sat in awe and listened wondering who on earth she could wanna ruin a friendship with.
The song finishes and she's straight to the point "well what is your opinion" she says eagerly.
"It's a great song Demi congrats I like it haha whose it about it sounds like Nick" you laugh awkwardly.
She turns away from you.
"Nope" she replies
"Well then who?" You question before naming out people at random.
"Lauren Jauregui?"
"Joe?"
"Uhhhhhhh Halsey????"
"Demi just tell me I'm your best frien..." She shouts at you and interrupts you.
"NO OKAY ITS YOU" she screams and storms out of the studio.
It takes a few seconds to register what she's just told you.
She likes you ... She likes you back.. But she doesn't know that you like her.
You run out after her calling for her to stop walking so fast.
"Demi come here a sec?" You ask.
"Go home leave me alone" she shouts back at you.
"But Demi just wait up please" you say trying to catch her.
"NO FUCK YOU" she screams facing you.
"WELL IF THATS WHAT YOUR OFFERING COME HERE" you scream back at her.
She looks at you with furrowed eyebrows.
"Wa..wait what did you just say" she asks.
"Come here and I'll tell you" you reply.
She starts to get really mad at you as she's storming back towards you.
"Y/n this isn't funny serio" she can't finished the sentence because before she knows it you've kissed her.
She kisses back you have waited so long for this and by the looks of it so has she.
"I wanna ruin the friendship" she says.
"So I can tell Demi" you laugh at her.
