Demi POV Ever since y/n and I broke up its just not been the same. She was my everything. It's all a blur but after she left I somehow fell back in with Wilmer and he's great and treats me as good as he can but he's not her he doesn't get my heart racing not like she does. "Demi baby you look so beautiful" your mom Dianna cries out as she walks into the room your getting ready in. "Thanks mama" you say smiling. "Wow dem" maddie and Dallas say in shock at how different you look. "Well I must look good if you two are in shock" you reply laughing. "D..Demi are you sure you wanna do this" Eddie asks worried. "I mean I guess I'm sure yeah he's a great guy he will take care of me" I say unsure of myself. "Well then it's show time kiddo" he replies to you.
As you leave the room to go and get married flashbacks of you and y/n play in your head. *flashback* "Demi lovato come here right now" she called out after probably discovering all her sour patch kids were gone. "Baby I swear it was maddie it wasn't me" I shout back to her. "Oh yeah well if it was maddie she would have replaced them you little shit imma tickle you when I get you" she said running after you through the house. *end of flashback*
You get to the beginning of the aisle the music starts playing and you feel light headed maybe it's from being overwhelmed but you never saw yourself walking down the aisle and not seeing y/n at the end. It was her you saw Eddie hug and hand you over to it was her you saw kissing you, having you first dance with to ed sheerans perfect. It was her not him. As you start to walk down the aisle you see all the guests look at you in awe. You get to Wilmer and he's almost in tears. "Hola hermosa" he whispers in your ear while kissing your cheek. You almost flinch at his touch. "Mind her I mean it" Eddie warns him. "I will sir I promise you" he replies shaking his hand firmly. As the service gets under way you don't really seem like your paying attention your mind drifts to all those times you talked about kids and marriage with y/n and suddenly with that you breathe out "not you"... Wilmer looks at you surprised. "What was that Demi?" He asks. "I said not you.. I can't marry you I'm sorry" and with that your running as hard as you can out of the service to go and find y/n.

Today's the day she says I do to handy manny. I don't know what hurts the most having to look at all the photos when it's done or having to hear about it through mutual friends we have. As I cook myself some food and switch on the TV I receive a message from Maddison demis sister.
Maddie 😎" dude she's just ran out on Wilmer she's not marrying him you gotta let her see you?"
You stand there in shock for a few seconds not really letting it register.
You pick up the phone and dial Diana's number.
"Hey y/n" she says quietly. "Di is it true?" You say back. "Yes ... Call her y/n please make sure she's okay" she says hopefully. "I will mama" with that you hang up and dial the number of the girl who's voice you haven't heard in a year.
*dialing Demi 🤓*
"Hello" she says through tears. "Hi .. Babe" you reply hoping for the best. "I need to come see you right now okay please give me your address" she's almost begging. "Okay it's 27 wine park lane" you say. "Okay I'll be there as soon as possible".
Half an hour passes and then you hear a knock on the door you heart races and your hands become sweaty. You open the door to reveal the most beautiful vision you had ever seen

"Dem.." You try get out but she cut you off. "Not him I couldn't marry him he isn't mine you are and my heart is yours I'm sorry we fought too much I'm sorry i was always working I know now I was in the wrong to let it come between us but I'm willing to try the hardest I can to make me and you work we owe it to ourselves" she starts to cry. You instinctively wipe her tears away. "Don't cry dem you will ruin your make up" you smile at her. "Wow when did y/f/n become worried about that" she giggles back. "You just look so beautiful I'm sorry" you smile shyly and look down at your feet. You see her move closer towards you. "I know we haven't done this in a while so I don't know your comfort levels right now but stop me if I'm over stepping. She rested her hand on my cheek and moved in to kiss me. I let it happen and there it was the same passion and fireworks there always was the same love and The same warm homely feeling it all came back.
"I'm ready to try again just please say you are too" she said crying. "I.. I'm ready dem" you say kissing her.
She rings her mom to let her know everything's fine and she's staying in your house tonight. You run upstairs while she's doing that to get her some sweats and an over sized shirt that smells like you and you put on her favourite crime show station with snacks and some coffee. She comes up and finds you getting changed and hopping into bed.
"I've missed you" she says smiling. "Welcome home my love" you reply as she finished getting changed and hops in to bed snuggling up to you.
