A few days have passed since the meeting at the restaurant and i still can not get over how father does not know!
I almost let it slip a few times by saying something like "I can't believe Indies getting......."
Lucky I stopped myself before suspicions could be raised.
I am now in Indies room sprawled on her bed with quite a few brides magazines and guess what?! This months issue of VOUGE was on brides and their weddings, Indie is reading it noting everything as if it was a life and death document.
"Oh My Gosh!" exclaims Indie.
I practically fall of the bed scramming over to the desk.
"Look at that dress oh I thought I'd never find one so alike to how I dreamed!"
"Why it's beautiful" I say "but weren't you going to were the traditional dress of your culture so you could then have a modern/traditional white wedding?"
"Oh! details details Too Bad!"
It truly was stunning a big long flowed out white silk skirt, the top's cut was strapless, then lace crocheted sleeves and neck.
"Mother" we chant, she comes in saying
"What's all the ruckus?"
"Oh just look at this dress!" I say.
Indie beams as she explains how maybe the setting if the wedding could have a Indonesian theme then so she could have her dress
"Mother it would just go perfect with the way I was planning my hair very warm and simple I want to look not sophisticated as I usually look"
"Why if course darling!"
So that was that we are having the dress ordered to be here as soon as possible.
Sorry about delay in updating I'm having writers block please feel free to comment ideas.
I hope you liked this fun chapter on Indies dress. ✌😃
