the doctor

Remember when I said a doctor came every month to check on us and our abilities well once a month is enough and he never comes more than once, well except for this time it's a first.

today he was coming here to our house. the doctor and Mrs pontive are like partners in crime, like a mom and dad, if Mrs pontive is having trouble with our abilities she'll talk to the doctor on the phone but it must be serious for her to call the doctor over to our home.

I sat on the swing on the outside like area waiting. All the kids were in there rooms not in the hallway they dubbed Kid Town but actually in there rooms with the doors locked. I guess they were waiting too I had no idea. Since yesterday's message on the wall all the girls in the house were worried including Mrs pontive.

Nothing else happened since yesterday, but still everyone has been on alert.

I could here the front door open from all the way from the back of the house, even though the walls were made of stone I can here straight through it. Even without special abilities you could tell the walls were thin.

even though I couldn't see her I knew the usually calm Mrs pontive was pouring all her troubles on the poor doctor

after about an hour they stopped talking.

It was quiet.

suddenly the door opened and Mrs pontives worried face popped out. Can you come in Tyler she asked. I nodded and followed her to the living room.

Everyone was already gathered including the doctor. I sat down in a empty spot on the large sofa right in between Sara and Madeline.

I'm sure your all wondering why I'm here again the doctor started. due to recent events I was called back the doctor said, eyeing Mrs pontive. sadly I don't know who or what caused the chaos here but I think it is safe to say that it's not safe to stay here all day by yourself the doctor continued. So after long phone calls and conversation me and Mrs pontive have come to and agreement he paused in suspence. you four will be attending the high school a few blocks away.

Yes I said in excitement finally I would get to go outside. No all the girls shouted in unison. what's so wrong about outside I ask them. Tyler are you forgeting that we weren't born here like you we've seen the world and how terrible it is Sara says.

Yes I totally forgot, i forgot that I spent my whole entire life here and they haven't, Mrs pontive said that I was brought here when I was little even before I could remember what the outside was like. Loni, Madeline, and Sara on the other hand came here a few years after me and remember the outside.

Sara came first when I was eight she came she was only six then. Then a few months later Loni came we were both eight at the time. Then when I was nine Madeline came and she was eight I've lived with them ever sense.

School is horrible it's filled with mean people and trashy teachers Madeline says.

come on girls it won't be that bad plus it's for your own safety Mrs pontive adds in. The teachers will be notified about your abilities and you will be walking there with my three sons who are in the military they will escort you too the school and back no other stops the doctor says.

sounds fun when do we start I ask. tommorow Mrs pontive and the doctor both answer in unison. well there you have it.
