Minato sealed the two tailed nibi (cat) in Sakura while Kushina sealed Hinata had the six tailed shisa (lion). Naruto son of Minato and Kushina was sealed with the nine tails Kurama (fox) and Sasuke had the eight tailed beast midnight (wolf) sealed into him.
When the sealing was over Minato and Kushina was out of chakara and since they used a very forbidden sealing technique which takes the life of the user . Before Minato died he gave each one a scroll he told his freinds that to give them to the children when they become Genin.While Kushina said her goodbye's to her son. She also gave something for the children to study since she was also an ex jinchuriki of the nine tails. She gave them each a different scroll knowing this would be helpful to these young Jinchuriki's.
