Courtney's Dare

I swear I'm never having a party again I thought to myself. Charlie and Courtney started to argue and then of course Jane had to get into which made everything worse. I just sat there with my head in my hands.

"Come on Courtney! You can sleep with whoever you want but you can't run around in your underwear. I thought that's what whores do!" Jane said.

"I'm not a whore! Don't be mad because I got your boyfriend."

"You are a whore! You sleep with taken guys!"

"You know why he's with me? Cause you were so awful to him that he couldn't stand being with you anymore but didn't want to hurt your feelings cause he's a nice guy."

"He's a nice guy? Oh honey, you are seriously mistaken. You think he's going to help you with that baby? No. He's going to live his high school glory life and then be a bum for the rest of his life with six other kids."

"That's what you think."

"Once a cheater always a cheater."

"Once a bitch always a bitch."

"Better to be a bitch than a whore." By then I had it with all of the fighting. I stood up.

"Stop it you two!" Everyone turned and looked at me.

"Stay out of this Maddie."

"No! You two obviously aren't mature enought to handle this yourselves so I'm going to have to step in because I'm tired of all this yelling and bitching! Charlie you knew what you were doing when you dared her to do that and your not the guy I thought you were. I'm sorry the situation played out this way for you but that still isn't an excuse. You should have taken the higher road. Now your just as low as the rest of them. Jane, I know you were cheated on but why are you just yelling at her Danny's just as much at fault as she is. "

"Yeah that's a good.." I cut her off.

"No don't even start with him. Just let it go. You really think Courtney needs to be yelled at like this right now. No. She needs to figure out what she's doing with her life cause it's about to change drastically. You yelling at her is not going to help. Courtney you shouldn't have been with Danny in the first place but you can't take that back now but you need to stop rubbing it in her face that you got her man. Don't mean to be rude or anything but you really shouldn't be bragging right now. You aren't exactly in the right place too. To all three of you stop yelling at each, stop the naming calling. Calling each other bitches and whores isn't going to get you anywhere so there isn't a point. Also just move on you guys can't take any of it back so just move on before you do anymore damage!" I sat back down and took a huge sigh and shook my head. Everyone was staring at me in disbelief.

"What? Someone had to say somethin or we would have been here for the next three days." Everyone shrugged.

"So is she doing the dare or not?" Charlie asked. I glared at him. Everyone was looking at me once again.

"Why do you guys keep looking at me? Kyle's in charge of the game not me."

"I don't know Maddie you've been acting pretty in charge the past few hours." Kyle said.

"Alright smart ass, I'm in charge when you guys are being dumb asses and could get all of in trouble. That's when I'm in charge."

"Oh." He said suprised by my answer.

"You have any other questions or are you going to take care of Charlie's question? Cause I'm sure as hell not." I got up and left the living room and walked up the stairs slamming my door. I sighed and flopped myself onto my bed. I shut my eyes and tried to drown everything out around me. I thought of things that make me happy. Then I heard a knock on the door. I groaned and put a pillow over my face.
