"Mr. Bolba!" I said running into the drama room.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"I won't be able to be at the theater tonight until intermission." I said panting.

"Why?" He asked.

"I have to pick up my grandparents from the airport and then drop them off at home." I said.

"So you will only be able to play Maria tonight." He said.

"Yes." I said.

"Ok. Your free to go." He said.

As I was walking out he said, "Oh and happy birthday."

"Thank you." I said.

"And can you come in your Maria costume?" He asked.

"Was already planning on it." I said walking out of the room.

*At the Airport*

"Grandma! Gramps!" I said hugging them

"Why are you all dressed up weirdly?" My Gramps asked.

"You will find out tomarrow when you watch it. For now I need to drop you guys off at my house so I can go to it." I said.

"Ok." They said.

*Two Hours Later*

"I'm back!" I screamed as I entered backstage.

"Maria!" Tyler said running to me.

Unfortunately when h e was running to me he tripped and fell onto his hand.

"FUCK! I BROKE MY HAND!" He screamed.

"Mr. Bolba!" I screamed.

"What happened?" He asked running to us.

"Tyler was running to me when I came in and he fell and broke his hand." I said.

"I need to make the phone call for his understudy." Mr. Bolba said going into a room when a bunch of medical people came to Tyler's side.

"Are you ok?" I asked him.

"Yea, but the show must go on. You will be amazing without me." He said.

"Ok!" I said running to the break room.

"Maria! Your back!" Quinn said running up to me and hugging me.

"Tyler isn't going to play Alexander anymore." I said.

"Why?" Rylie asked.

"He fell and broke his hand a few minutes ago." I said.

"Then who is going to play him?" Noah asked.

"I'm guessing the surprise." I said.

"Show is back on in thirty minutes!" A stage manager said.

"Maria you need to go to your dressing room so you can put your make up on." Rylie said as she walked out.

I then walked to my dressing room and put the makeup on.
