Laughing Jack x Reader .:This is Our Adventure:. Chapter 1

It had been 7 years since making your promise to jack, then forgetting a year later, you were fifteen,and were going to high school, you skipped a few grades, because you're "Seeming to be a bit , or quite a bit smarter than your peers" or at least that's what your teaches said, in fact when you were in grade 2 you could read books like the invention of Hugo Cabot, or do complicated math problems, but through that time, you felt like you were missing something, something important, like a friend, of course you were missing friends, you were the nerd of the school, the only people who talked to you were bullies.

"oh shit im going to be late!"  You thought to yourself as the final bell rang for first period, ah yes, this happened lots, late everyday, to be honest, you didn't want to go to school today, 'how about skipping, you can go explore that run down carnival~' your inner voices told you, you want the truth? you have been feeling curious for the past few months, there was a run down carnival in (H/T) and you were dying to explore, and today was your chance, you had your pocket knife just to be safe, and because you never left it at home, you had the old circus prize, yes that thing. The bear that had no colour. You felt you got it somewhere.. But... The memories were fading. Like 'where did I get this from?' you had asked your parents, but they said something about just showing up at home with it, after playing with your friend at the park.
You recall that your parents NEVER took you to carnivals, so why not go to one today? 'i guess we're going to the carnival~' thought, maybe you'll find something worth keeping.

You were walking through the house of mirrors, this place reminded you of a song, you loved singing, and even went into a talent show, winning first prize.
This carnival reminded you of somewhere, somewhere you had been before, you just couldn't think of it.

"I dance around this empty house, tear it down, throw you out, screaming down the hall, spinning all-" you were interrupted by what sounded like laughing you looked around, startled by the sudden noise, "Maybe i should..."

"should what my old friend?" you heard a voice whisper into your ear, kind of raspy, then it hit you, you knew this voice, and this carnival

Flash back

you got into the car, only then did you realize you forgot to say goodbye to your only friend, the car started to move, you looked out the back window, to see the clown standing in the driveway, he seemed to communicate with you using thought.

where are you going? he asked

to my new home, come on teleport before we're gone! you said to this "clown"

i c-cant you're too far! he said tears forming in yours and his eyes

please Jack! you mentally screamed

promise you'll never forget me (Y/N)! he said in case you left

i promise i promise! you said hoping he would just teleport

promise you'll come back for me! he said

I promise! you cried as you let the neighborhood, leaving jack to stand in the middle of the road, crying.

Flash back end

that was all you could remember,

"you forgot me (Y/N), you broke your promise~" he seemed to sing into your ear

"J-Jack? is that y-you?" you asked afraid of what he would do, after reading about him, you realized he could have killed you "w-why did you kill all those kids?" you asked angry

"i did it for you" he seemed to be "flirting" with you "come with me, i could take you away from this life, bring you to a new~" he was laughing a bit in every sentence

"how do i know you wont kill me, l-like you did to Isaac he seemed to stop breathing

"d-don't mention Isaac please..." he seemed to CARE about Isaac "now, would you like to come~" he lightens up quite fast

"um... yes!" you seemed a bit too happy to leave, maybe you were sick of the bullies, probably the bullies

"well, grab my hand!" he held out his hand, a bit hesitant, you took it, and BAM! like magic you were in front of some sort of mansion,

"i thought you lived in a circus!" you yelled angry that he didn't bring you here when younger

"if i brought you here, slender would have eaten you" he said a little too happily for your liking

"cheer me up much?" you asked sarcastically, "wait! is sexual offender man real?!" you asked worried, as you snatched you hand away from the clown

"oh yeah... should have mentioned that... well splendy is real too, if he bugs you splendy will help!"

"so that means trendy exist too... right?" you asked more stupid and pointless questions

"sadly...y-" he looked at your outfit "he's gonna bitch about your outfit~" he sang to annoy you, you looked at what you were wearing, an over sized boys tee, purple in colour, that had the words "You Mad Bro?" in yellow, and jean shorts, wearing the shirt made it look as if you weren't wearing pants

"oh.. heh heh... would he kill me?" you asked worried

"small chance" he said, he grabbed your hand and yanked you in, not even five seconds later a tall being teleported in

"this is the girl?" he asked multiple voices ringing in your ear, "the one who will save us from THEM?"

"yes Slender"

"they found her" a shadowy voice said

"i am aware of that, we should tell the boss"

"no, wait for a bit, then we'll tell, we just need to see if she has potential"

"yes, she must be a challenged first, she must accept her powers"
