I don't see Jackson for the rest of the morning. When lunch rolls around, I go to the Great Hall for food. Jinyoung had stayed back in the dorms so he can write a letter home to get the books he needed. I just talked to mine using the fireplace. When I get there, I see Jackson sitting down and eating. I go and sit with him since I don't like eating alone. "Hi" I say as I sit beside him. A plate and cup appear. I look at the food in front of us and begin to eat.
"Hi. Where is Jinyoung and the others?" he asks and I shrug. "Oh. Well I guess I am done eating" he says standing but I grab his wrist to keep him from leaving.
"Please. I don't like eating alone. At least sit and chat with me some. I do want to be friends with you" I say with complete honesty.
"Fine. I would like to be your friend as well. Especially since we will be rooming together for a week" Jackson says sitting back down and he continues picking at the food on his plate.
"Thank you. I don't like eating alone" I say smiling at my roommate.
"Yeah yeah yeah. Let's just eat. My parents said they will get me the rest of my books by the time school starts" Jackson says softly.
"Ah. I talked to mine as well. Hey what house do you want to be in?" I ask.
"Probably Gryffindor" Jackson says looking over at me.
Our eyes meet for a second and I see the kiss once again in my mind's eye. I look around too make sure Jinyoung was not around. I quickly place a peck on Jackson's lips. "I don't want to put an end to what happened in the library. Let's keep with being friends but what happens when no one is around stays in the closet" I whisper.
"B-but... What about Jinyoung?" he asks in a hushed voice.
"I really do like him but the attraction I have with you is so much more. Every time I look at you I want to kiss you and touch you and feel your hands on me. I can see in your eyes that you feel the same" I say.
"I don't know. Let me get back to you on that. I need to think about this and I will let you know later" he says looking away.
"Don't think. Just feel it. What did you think when we kissed in the library? How did it feel the second time?" I ask.
"It felt amazing and I could not think about anything at the moment" he confesses with a bright blush.
"Couldn't think about what?" Mark says as he waltzes up and sits by Jackson.
"When I first got my letter to go to Wizard school. I couldn't think about anything other than how excited I was" Jackson says.
"Oh I remember when I got my letter. I was attending a no-mag school in California when it came. No one but me could see the letter which was a little strange but it was nice because it meant I had a real purpose in life" Mark says putting an arm around Jackson's shoulder.
"Well I've always known I was a wizard cause I am a pure blood but grew up in a no magic city" Jackson says smiling at Mark. I glare but shake my head. No no no. You are only wanting to be friends with benefits. If he smiles at someone else, you can't get possessive. Not when you have a boyfriend on the side I mentally scold myself.
"Oh that's awesome. I would also like to congratulate you on your English. It is very good" Mark says.
"Thanks. I lived in a city that was filled with trade so I've learned English, Japanese, and Korean as well as some French and Spanish and both forms of Chinese" Jackson says.
"Wow. I only know Korean and some English" I say. Both turn and look at me.
"Well I can teach you English" Jackson says to me with a wink and my smile grows. He must be saying yes to my suggestion I think.
"Really? Then maybe we can go do some studying after we finish eating" I say.
"Okay. I've actually just been waiting for you to finish since you said you don't like eating alone" Jackson says.
"Oh well we can go now if you'd like" I say getting up. Jackson nods and stands up. "We'll see you after dinner Mark" I say before walking towards the doors.
"It was nice talking to you Mark" Jackson says.
"Bye guys" Mark says as Jackson jogs up to me.
"Hey maybe let's go outside and away from the castle. It is nice outside after all" Jackson says once outside the Great Hall. I nod and he takes my hand and leads me outside. We make haste to escape the castle and find a spot where we would not be seen. "You also need to make sure you tell Jinyoung to knock before coming into our dorm" he adds as we come to the edge of the grounds.
"Of course. He wouldn't just enter without knocking" I say as I pull Jackson to a halt.
"Better safe than sorry" Jackson says looking back at me. I just chuckle as I wrap my arms around his waist before leaning down and kissing him. He wraps his arms around my neck. I slowly back him up to a nearby tree as my hands run up his shirt. His body arcs into my touch and he lets out a soft moan.
"You sound beautiful when you moan" I whisper as I pull away slightly.
Jackson blushes. "It's too bad we have to be careful about the hickeys though" he says as his hands run through my hair before taking initiative and pulling me into a kiss.
