Don't try to hide anything from them. Instead, lie beautifully or hide certain details by saying you're doing something else. Exhibit A:
Me: *reading gay fanfiction*
Sister: hey, what are you reading?
Me: eh, some romance story someone wrote. *gets the hell out of Wattpad* I don't suggest reading it, it's boring.
Or, like this:
Me: *reading gay stuff again*
Sister: what are you doing on your phone?
Me: *switches apps immediately* playing a game
Sister: *looks at phone* oh yeah
