~Your POV~
-After Usami brings everyone to Dangan Island

"Now," our supervisor Usami began, "I would like for all of you to take this time to get to know each other! This way, you can become closer right from the start! Let's go ahead and start over here with you," -she pointed to a pretty blonde girl right in front of her and on my left- "and we'll go in a circle clockwise! Let's get started, love love!"

The girl smiled and straightened her back. "I am Sonia Nevermind. It is a pleasure to meet you all! I enrolled Hope's Peak Academy being called the Ultimate Princess. I hope we can all be great friends!" After she finished, I looked down into my lap (since I was sitting in the sand) and made sure my hood was covering my face.

This introduction type thing continued until it came to me. I finally realized that once it went silent.

I tilted my head towards Usami, making sure to just show my eyes. "D-Do I really have to?" I asked shyly.

She nodded. "We don't want anyone to feel left out! Go ahead and stand up, we won't make fun of you!"

I sighed and mumbled quietly, "That's not what I'm worried about."

I stood up and kept my head facing my feet. "M-My name is (yn)-".

"Sorry to interupt," Usami began, "but could you please remove your hood? Or show your face?"

I backed up a bit and felt my heart race, but fame is what I'm known for. Might as well continue my act.

I quickly threw my jacket into the air and stood with my feet shoulder width apart and my arms at my side. "(yn) (ln), the Ultimate Movie Star, reporting for attendance!" I placed my flat hands against the back of my head, lifted my right leg behind me and flashed a big smile. My signature pose.

A few girls screamed, especially Sonia (the girl right next to me).

"(ln)-senpai!" she excitedly began. "I am such a huge fan! I never imagined meeting you here!"

"W-Why are you at Hope's Peak!?" Mahiro questioned with big eyes.

I shrunk back and rubbed the back of my neck. "I didn't disclose I was coming to Hope's Peak," I explained. "Wanted to keep the press low."

"Okay!" Usami intrupted us. "Now that everyone knows everyone, go ahead and start collecting those Hope Fragments and become closer to your fellow classmates! Love love!" She then disappeared.

Everyone quickly dispursed and I frantically looked for my jacket, thinking one of the fans here took it. I finally found someone holding it - he went by Kazuichi Souda.

"C-Could I have that back?" I stuttered, looking at my feet.

He didn't really respond, just threw it at me lightly. I quickly pulled it back on and put the hood over my head. "T-Thanks."

A second later, Sonia came over with a gigantic smile on her face.

"Excuse me," she began politely, "I was wondering if you would like to hang out with me? Perhaps by the beach?"

I looked up at her, but Kazuichi's smile distracted me. It was even bigger than Sonia's.

"Of course Miss Sonia!" he replied excitedly, his eyes sparkling. "I'd love nothing more!"

"I am sorry, but I was talking to (ln)-senpai."

His smiled practically died.

"Sure thing," I gave her the same amount of confidence I had earlier when introducing myself. "Let me get changed first. It's quite hot today."

Sonia blushed. "Of course. I shall wait here." I flashed her a quick smile and turned to head to that hotel on the island. I also got a look at Kazuichi before I left. His face was lively with emotions; anger, jealousy, and a bit of embarrassment. His cheeks were red as well.

~Kazuichi's POV~

I felt myself blush as (yn) walked away. I'd seen him in some movie trailers and noticed him in one of my favorite movies, but I never imagined meeting him. I'm definitely not a super fan like Sonia seems to be, but I gotta respect his talent. He's also seems really nervous and shy in real life - it's kind of cute.

Woah. Did I just think that?

"Are you alright?" Sonia asked. I just realized I never moved and neither did she. This is awkward.

"U-Uh," I felt my cheeks get red again. "O-Of course I'm fine, M-Miss Sonia! No need for you to worry!"

She gave a cute worried smile. "That is good to hear, cause it just seemed to me like you were thinking of (ln)-senpai."

I didn't respond. She's pretty good at reading my emotions, but I wasn't going to truely admit it.

"I-I was just . . . remembered that he was in my favorite movie, a-and I just hadn't noticed before."

She was about to speak again, until (yn) ran in between us and towards the beach.

"Come on, Lady Sonia!" He stopped to do a little curtsy and ran away laughing. He had changed into some cargo shorts, a loose red t-shirt and some sandels.

She laughed and turned back to me. "I hope to see you later Kazuichi," she told me and left.

I spent most of the day nearby the beach, making random things out of random parts I got from the market. A while later, Sonia left the beach and headed to where I guessed was the hotel. I looked towards the beach to see if (yn) was coming, but all I saw was a small red dot near the shore. I stood up and started towards where he was sitting.

I came up on (yn)'s left and stood behind him. "What'cha doing?" I asked, looking down at him. He jumped a little and turned to see me.

He turned back around quickly. "J-Just, looking."

A bit of silence. "Mind if I stick around?"

More silence. "I-I guess."

I stepped a little farther up then sat down, leaving a bit of space between us. There was just silence, except for the waves that crashed against the shore.

I stole a glance at him. His knees were under his chin and his arms were wrapped around his legs. He refused to look at me, instead just staring at the water, and had a light pink blush on his cheeks. Now that I saw his face up close I could see how really cute he was.

I'm not even gonna take it back this time. He's really cute.

"I-I didn't know you were this shy in person," I spoke, trying to spark a conversation.

(yn) glanced at me from the corner of his eye. "Wh-What do you mean?" he asked back quietly.

"Well, I mean in most of the movies I've seen you in you're always the tough guy or the confident guy. You're never the quiet or the reclusive type."

He shrugged a little. "I-It's just an act. I guess you could say I'm good at . . . putting on a mask."

"I donct know. I think you're better without one on."

He fully looked at me for a second, then blushed and hid his face in his knees. I chuckled quietly at this.

"Hey (yn)!" a voice then called from behind us. We both turned to see it was Mahiru with her camera running our way.

I looked back at (yn). "I'll leave you two alone," I told him, standing up as he watched me. "I'll talk to you in the morning, okay?"

I saw the corners of his lips curve up into a small smile, then he looked back towards the ocean again. "O-Okay."
