Chapter 12

The rest of the morning dragged by slowly until lunchtime. We stopped at our lockers before going to meet up with the other 4 shining boys.

When we got there they were sitting down and talking.

Kalel immediately sat next to Kibum and I to her left with Taemin across from me, next to Jinki who again appeared dissatisfied with the chicken in front of him.

Kibum filled us in on what we missed, which was Jonghyun complaining about some tall classmates.

The rest of lunch passed by with the seven of us eating and conversing in both English and Korean. Taemin excitedly recounted the not-so-exciting events of the day so far as Onew continued to sulk over the inadequate fried chicken. Key complained about a teacher's fashion sense, or rather, lack of, as Kalel ogled him, although I repeatedly advised her not to.

A loud bell rang out and the remaining students in the cafeteria began to leave. Kalel and the boys all stood up to go. I slowly gathered my belongings and just sat there.

"Kitty, you have to attend class. Just because you're ahead in the assignments doesn't mean you can just stay here instead. Now, come on," Kalel ordered as she pulled me to my feet while I groaned loudly in protest.

The other four had already left as Taemin, Kalel, and I made our way to our lockers then class.

A/N

This is short and bad, but whatever. I wasn't going to end it here, but I changed my mind. The next chapter should be up soon, though I can't promise it will be any better. I was originally going to have two others from Korea, (Lee Hi and one other girl) but I changed my mind. Just thought I should mention that because in an earlier chapter I'm pretty sure it said there were seven students coming from South Korea, but I changed it.

Also, this has over 1K reads now!!! Recently it hit 1.2K, so thank you to everyone that has read this. <3

I'm also working on a new story that isn't fanfiction, so it's a little harder. The beginning should be up sometime this next month if anyone is interested. Depending on how much effort I put into that, it may effect how often I update this (not that I update as regularly as I plan too anyway).
