I woke up to the most beautiful sound ever.
"If you don't get up, I will pour ice water down your pants."
I groaned and rubbed my eyes, trying to adjust to the room's brightness. Once I actually opened my eyes I saw Harry staring at me with confusion.
"Harry! What the fuck are you doing in my room at," I paused to look at the clock, "3:30 am?"
"Wow you look terrible in the morning. And I thought I had bad morning breath."
Instead of giving him the satisfaction, I calmed down and sweetly asked, "Will you by any chance tell me what brings you to my room?"
"You said we would hang out today. Hurry up and get dressed, sunrise is at 5 am and I want to show you it."
Instead of arguing, I just went along with it, knowing that there's no point. By the time it was four, Harry and I left my flat leaving a note behind for Emma.
Harry walked ahead to his motorcycle. As soon as we got to it, Harry looked at me and said, "Let me guess, you aren't scared at all and are about to ask me if you can drive."
It was surprising that Harry was actually right.
"So is that a yes?"
"No. Absolutely not."
I sighed and got on the motorcycle and held on to Harry. After about 50 minutes of me annoying Harry, we got to a field just outside of London.
"Okay what's the point of being here? Couldn't we just google pictures of the sunrise?"
"Do you want an art studio or not?"
"What do you think?"
Harry smirked, "I think you should be a little nicer to me."
We walked down into the field and surprisingly a blanket with a picnic basket was already set. I was shocked if I'm being honest and we both sat down. Harry pulled out a camera and a sketch pad with pencils and color pencils.
"Harry, what are those for?"
"I want to see you draw something. I've seen some of your work this morning but I was thinking that I could take a picture of the sunrise and then you could draw it."
I looked up at him to see him looking slightly nervous, "Wow that's actually a cool idea."
After we saw the sunrise, Harry took a couple pictures and was trying to find the best one. I was still in awe by what I just witnessed.
"I like this picture a lot. Can you draw it?"
"I'll try."
After about two more hours, I was finally done. I took my time trying to get every detail right. Also, Harry was staring which made me feel like spazzing out.
I gave Harry the picture and waited for his reaction.
"Madison, this is amazing. Can I keep it?"
I really liked the way it came out and as much as I wanted to say no, I couldn't bring myself to wipe a genuine smile off of Harry's face.
"Uhh, I guess. What are we doing next?"
"Are you hungry?"
"I'm starving."
"Great."
Harry ended up taking me back to a diner. We walked in and the place had a vintage sense to it, just like Harry. A woman in about her mid 30s greeted Harry.
