Hanako POV AGAINN

"We're just travelers, looking around the area," I come up with a lie.

"We must interrogate you," the man says.

Kakashi has a kunai to the man's neck instantly.

"Let us pass," he grinds out.

The man puts his hands up, "fine, get out ninja."

After that we walk towards the leaf.

I take off the jutsu, making everyone normal again.

Kakashi keeps a safe distance away from me.

"Let's make camp for the night," he says.

Everyone nods tiredly.

We begin to set up camp.

Asuma and Kurenai gather firewood, Kakashi goes out to hunt animals to cook and I make some clay cooking pans.

When everyone returns we all eat in silence.

"Mother, Hamuno! I'm happy to see you both again," I say with a large smile.

"Let me introduce you to everyone!" I say.

"That's Guy, he's Asuma Sarutobi, that's Kurenai Yūhi, that's Tsume Inuzuka, and he's Kakashi Hatake," I say gesturing to each of them.

My mother smiles, "I am Hitomi Hayashibiara, and this is my son Hamuno Hayashibiara, nice to meet you all!"

"Okay, I will explain the situation. Since I left the sound village they would possibly kill you, so the leaf has offered to protect us since our clan is suffering," I begin to explain.

"You know why I had to escape from the sound, is there anything else you need to know?" I ask.

"No, sweetpea you look tired, please get some sleep," my mother says.

I nod, "yes mother. Goodnight everyone."

I head to my sleeping bag and sit ontop of it.

My brother comes over to me.

"Hey Hanako," he says smiling.

"Hamuno, I have to tell you something," I start.

"Is it about you and that silver haired fellow?" he asks laughing.

"How'd you know," I ask.

"When we were walking he kept looking over at you, I can tell you haven't been that far apart in a while," he says, "what's going on?"

I look away from him, "uh, well.... we are kind of in a relationship..."

He then looks stern, "is he respecting you?"

"Yes! Of course! He would never dishonor my body, don't worry," I say.

"I'm just making sure, I still have to protect you since you're my little sister," he says.

I smile up at him, "haha, well you should get some sleep too, and don't tell mom, I want to tell her."

He nods and kisses my cheek, "goodnight Hanako."

I look around and see everyone settling for bed except for Kakashi.

He's sitting alone by the fire.

I stand up and begin to walk towards him and sit beside him.

"Hanako? Hi," he says quietly.

"You don't need to be nervous," I say quietly.
